Of course this all about the modern, developed world so I don't put it into the category of Amazing necessarily but they are all places everyone should visit. The SG financial capital in Raffles Place is also like a modern day, advanced version of the Financial district in London. There's a real buzz there and just by standing in the middle of the square you can feel the pulse of Asia and how it is rising in the world. Italy. Why? The art, culture, but most of all: the food.

I climbed the Acropolis in Athens and walked the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. I have stood were the ancients of Western Civilization have stood. Been a lot of other places too but none were as impressive to me as these two were.

The most amazing country for any man is the one in which he got the most ass.

Each time I've been there I've giggled like a small girl from the moment I arrive to the moment I've left. |
The six years I lived in Buenos Aires where the best in my life (so far) so I would have to say Argentina!

The Philippine islands is my favorite

Thailand, especially the Northern part. First time I knew I was in a culture free from the West.

Easy - America.
I loved the place and the people so much, I *forgot* to go home... |
Most beautiful place I've been to?
Well, I was born in the Philippines so I guess you can say I'm spoiled when it comes to 'exotic tropical locales.' I would say VENICE, Italy. I'm a big Renaissance history buff and Venice is amazing. |
so far, USA. it was both an appalling and an amazing experience for me, but over-all really positive.
i have LOT of countries in my bucket list to visit, pretty sure i haven't met the best, not even nearly. |
I spent a day taking train rides around Switzerland. The train system itself was amazing, going through mountains and via cliff slopes, but what really surprised me was how much things changed from place to place. I managed to visit 3 cities in the day - Geneve, Lucern, Lugano... and going from predominantly French Geneve to German Lucern to Italian Lugano made so much difference. Later on as I visited more cities I got used to the fact that "the feel" could change so much within the one small country, but back then it was just amazing how different each location was.

Brazil - amazing beauty but it is huge so you can get it all. The best part is the people. Friendly, nice and pretty. What more do you want?

I can second that for Tokyo. The photos don't really do it justice.
I'm a seasoned traveller and I found the food, girls and general vibe next level. For me coming from rural UK its and extreme cutale change and i loved it. Food 10/10 Girls 10/10 (gotta be prepared for hairy axe wounds though) People 10/10 Friendly if you make the effort with some Japanese Nightlife 10/10 Jezz been all over the world but man Drinking 10/10 They can't do it but they try their best Internet speeds 10/10 |
