This is what happens at gun free zones...people think they can physically assault students at will. If adult students were randomly armed, I bet those abusers would think twice.

the left, AKA the politically correct communities of color is discovering it is highly profitable to disobey white authority until it elevates to the level of over-reaction, & physical confrontation. have a friend nearby to record the event, but only press record after white authority figure gets mad. after event, call in the civil rights lawyers, call rachel maddow. Get national media attention, & cash a seven figure paycheck that ultimately gets paid by the public taxpayer.
NBC news would call it, the fleecing of america. :) |
Good for him. School is not the place for disrespect. Kids need to learn when you are told to do something you must do it. She should be expelled from that school.

while this kid 'had it coming' apparently to a lot of people here, lets take a look at other crimes kids have been arrested for, going so far as handcuffing children as young as 6:
19 Crazy Things That School Children Are Being Arrested For In America #1 At one public school down in Texas, a 12-year-old girl named Sarah Bustamantes was recently arrested for spraying herself with perfume. #2 A 13-year-old student at a school in Albuquerque, New Mexico was recently arrested by police for burping in class. #3 Another student down in Albuquerque was forced to strip down to his underwear while five adults watched because he had $200 in his pocket. The student was never formally charged with doing anything wrong. #4 A security guard at one school in California broke the arm of a 16-year-old girl because she left some crumbs on the floor after cleaning up some cake that she had spilled. #5 One teenage couple down in Houston poured milk on each other during a squabble while they were breaking up. Instead of being sent to see the principal, they were arrested and sent to court. school to prison pipeline is alive and well apparently |

**Please read this pre-emptive disclaimer before replying** I am talking about this standalone comment only. Obviously if someone has a gun to your head and tells you to do something, you need to do it (within reason), but advocating that people from a young age are to blindly do what you are ordered to as some kind of gospel is a load of bollocks. |

He's fired, and rightly so, but what bothers me about the reporting on this entire incident is how everyone and every report focuses solely on the cop's behaviour and barely a mention made about what that disruptive little bitch was doing to cause such a scene.
She may not have deserved what she got but she sure isn't the poor blameless victim as some apologists seem to want to believe she is. |

Nobody else said that except you. You might consider that the cop is the only one who probably broke the law. You might consider that he's an adult and he let a child drive him to the point of complete stupid violence. He was wrong to put her in a choke hold. She had plenty of other body parts to grab onto instead of the throat. |

they are now saying 'she beat him', because she creates a fist when she is hauled to the floor by her neck for refusing to give her cellphone to the school. |

''At least three videos have surfaced of the violent arrest at Spring Valley High School. The sheriff said one of the videos shows the girl attacking the officer before the arrest. (While being choked by the officer - automatic reflex) "When the officer puts his hands on her initially, she reaches up and she pops the officer with her fist," he said. (While being choked by the officer - automatic reflex - or perhaps gravity.) Still, after watching all the footage, Lott told reporters that he "wanted to throw up." "There's no justification for some of his actions," the sheriff told CNN's "Anderson Cooper 360°" on Tuesday night. (while he justifies it with bullshit 'punches'') The videos show the officer standing over the student, seated at her desk. He puts his arm near her neck, then yanks her backward. The desk, which is attached to her chair, tips over; the student crashes backward onto the floor. But Fields didn't let go, lifting her slightly off the ground. She flies out of her desk and slides several feet across the floor.". (You mean, was dragged by the hair several feet across the floor) what.the.fuck. |
