Ibill has always paid us On time Every time. Sure they have their challenges, many of which you gentlemen have referred to in your responses here.
Its better the devil you know ! I suggest all of us that have business with Ibill get behind them to insure we protect our interests. Just got off the phone with my Rep at iBill
I gave him a list of rumors I have heard, and he killed off every one of them one by one I look in my CMI, and all I see is good sales and rebills (as I always have) I get paid on time every time (except for that web900 money from last year.... hhmmm...), and it seems to me as business as usual As many of you know, I am an Aussie. Some people might actually think that if they can talk iBill down enough, that iBill will fail. And if iBill failed, and you were a webmaster who wasnt using iBill, then surely your logic would dictate that you have a better than good chance to remove some competition and make more money - makes you think about all the iBill doom sayers :feels-hot |

My reference is not aimed at you at all, and I am sorry if you felt it aimed that way. Have just spoken to one of the senior exects at Ibill and my rep.
I have been dealing with this guy for the past 4 years and he has never jazzed me ! He has dispelled all the rumors and my worries/insecurities Ibill will always attract all the loonies jumping onto the bandwagon that have ever had a gripe with them at a time like this. Kick them when they are down mentality. I Do Not believe Ibill is down . They will continue to enjoy my unreserved support. Meh, whatever happens, iBill has the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I firmly believe that those of you who defend iBill just haven't had a problem that you needed fixed.

Unfortunately, iBill-Cathy was one of the people laid off. It's a shame, because she really is a decent person. She was in charge of Marketing.

Well I got good news and bad news.
I wasnt notified of it, but compliance decided they didnt want to process rebills for certain sites. Extreme gay poop eating fisting and pee drinking sites is one of them and other assorted extreme man on man perversion. Rules are rules I guess. I'll live. I knew when I left a year ago that they werent happy with the content, but I figured after a year of rebilling me that it would just continue. No big whoop. |

No problems with Ibill on my end, re-bills and I have a ton of them are all coming through, check was two days late this time period, other then that business as usual.
