30,000ft is way too high for any shoulder-held ground to air missile. If this plane was taken down on purpose, and assuming that no technologically-advanced nation is responsible for air-to-air missiles or lasers or the like, it must be sabotage on the ground. The black boxes were recovered along with wreckage and the bodies. It will not be long before the cause is pieced together. It would be a relief to discover that this tragedy was simply the result of bad maintenance or a defective part. Not much consolation to the victims or their loved ones, but for the rest of us.

As much as you would love to blame the U.S. For yet something else.. This is likely just one more aircraft which crashed due to bad maintaneve by Russian airliners.. Russia's airliner's are one of the worst for safety..

But hey.. We all know nothing can happen with out you blaming the U.S. for it..

Because Russia DID supply the Buk missile system which shot that plane down and Russian backed rebels DID claim responsibility for shooting it down before they realized their fuck up.

Don't try to discuss the things you have no idea about. Russia did not supply that BUK system. It was captured by the Ukrainian separatists. If you could read Russian, you would know they were braving with it a month before the tragedy with Malaysian plane. The Ukrainian army was unable to secure its weapon, as well as it was unable to secure civilian airplanes in its own sky. Once again: that was the Ukrainian BUK system. It was stolen by the Ukrainian separatists. The plane was guided right over the war zone by the Ukrainian air managers. The plane was shot down over the Ukrainian territory with a missile launched from the Ukrainian territory. Those are FACTS. So you must be a complete imbecile to see there any relation with Russia.
