And no, you don't need to give them access. You can write into your operating agreement that you control access to the banking. |

No it isn't fake, that's a lie. Of course I have his address, I have have a lot of information. I didn't just "meet a stranger on the internet" and give him the keys to the castle for crying out loud. I knew I was dealing with a certain element, but I didn't think he would steal all the money - money earmarked to pay people who worked hard all week and have children and bills like all of us. He's a low life scum bag and is probably off on a bender now with his loot. When it dries up he will be back to having nothing begging for work from people here on this forum. As socks stated, no you don't have to give him access to the payment accounts. The CEO of Bank Swiss has access to one account: his own. The financial officer has access to the financing, not the guy in marketing, or the guy in maintenance.
