(it's unlikely this applies to OPs situation though, just pointing out that in some cases it may makes sense to give bank account access to a partner) |

Negative. You don't need to share anything with the investor. They get a check like everybody else. Unless they are a shitty investor. I don't work with shitty people. So I wouldn't know what you people do with shitty people as partners.

Well, after being given a glimmer of hope that restitution would be made by the offending party, it turns out it was all bullshit. I did however, get him to admit on the phone (recorded conversation) that he A) shouldn't have taken the money B) needed the money because his transmission went.
He admitted to theft, not that I needed his admission but it sure won't hurt. The contract is very cut and dry, it clearly spells out the exact amount both parties are entitled to and since he had access to the account, he just decided to take all the money from it and prevent me from accessing it again so he could continue to keep everything that was rolling in. Thousands of dollars. I don't care what anyone has to say about me being a "moron". Theft is theft and all thieves figure out a way to justify their crimes. His wife who is also a party to this has about 20 arrests and has a pending shoplifting and unlawful entry case against her. Yes, I should have done a deeper search on these two clowns and I consider this a lesson well learned. Next, obtaining a warrant for larceny of assets and theft by means of embezzlement. With their records, it shouldn't be too difficult. I doubt I'll get anything back unless the court orders restitution and even then, these losers seem to be use to dealing with the police and the courts. Beware of SIXPACK. He's only as honest as his opportunities and completely full of shit. |

It better be a six pack of champagne after making us wait this long.
GFY hasn't been this anti-climatic since Brassmonkey's 50k post. |
He used to work for PibCash
