I think the fact that they are paying some like you, even regularly, and others have over $xx,xxx owed since 6 months or more is what annoys people.

I'd love to see them get back on track too, because they are an innovative company and were one of the first to produce 4K and then VR. I read an article in I think Forbes yesterday where the Information Officer was saying they are going to jump on AR (Augmented Reality). Good luck to them, but I think they'll need affiliates to help them with that. The webmaster of VRPorn.com, which is number 1 on Google for 'VR Porn' and likely to remain so, was complaining a few posts back of being owed thousands. I don't even understand the thinking behind that on their part.

Lol yeah but since they had their bank accounts screwed a few months ago their affiliate payments went to shit. I get a 2 week delay but I've got November stuff still pending. Make daily content but don't pay affoliates who send you that traffic. Just a rant

They have NEVER had a good reputation. They are the biggest scammers in the industry.

I can absolutely understand that. Certainly, it's not anything I can explain either. FWIW, that earlier time was the last time we were paid as well, so several months ago. To be fair, I've also not contacted them about the current outstanding payment yet, so it's entirely possible that our next experience may not be as productive. That said, they've never given me a reason to doubt payment was forthcoming. Hopefully they get caught up with everyone.

crystal is the only one there in accounting and mike sends her emails and it goes nowhere. she used to reply back and was very sweet. something tells me she isn't allowed to talk to affiliates anymore about checks.

There was supposed to be a class action taken against them by webmasters owed money around a year ago - I guess nothing came of that.

Shame they had to try and branch off into other areas off the backs of their partners. The signs are pretty clear to me, and the fact that anyone still pushes them does surprise me. I mean when not even Petra can get a reply in 5 months.

It seems like almost no one is getting paid now. Gotta wonder... where is our money going? At least before they seemed to pay affiliates in a ponzi scheme style method. Lol

It's obvious where the money is going. Here is how the scam works,

1. Get affiliates to drive customers to their site buying memberships.

2. Screw the affiliates

3. Use the money from screwing the affiliates to hire talent to shoot more scenes.

Rinse and repeat.

It's a perfect business model for scammers. They never spend a dime on of their "own money" as the affiliates money is the one that allows them to keep hiring talent to shoot more scenes and pay for production costs.

saying he will talk to Crystal to send me the money they owe me finally, in a few days.

So... well, I hope is true this time and is not like the Mike mails about contacting Crystal.

This is a major issue with a few programs I've had to pull links for.... the rebills keep coming so what started as a couple hundred spiraled into a couple thousand. Times a lot for NA.

Update:

I have received two more mails from Joe Johnson (Accounting Hronopoulos, Inc.)
assuring me that Crystal will be sending me the payment.
Then a few more days passed. Until this moment no payment has arrived.

The good news is that now im getting a reply to the emails.
The bad news is that the $ has not been paid, yet. I still dont lose the hope.

Starting to give up. Mike?s email about being out of town seems odd and him saying they will catch up on the next cycle makes little hope. Will see. It rebuild but when u have to chase down payments it?s a lost effort.

Today i have received an email from CRYSTAL and MIKE.

Saying me the payment was sent.

BUT... not via check or via paypal (thats the methods i asked for)

instead it was sent via WESTERN UNION...

they sent me a PDF proof of the western union.

THE PROBLEM for me is:

Im not in the USA, thats why i was asking for a check or paypal,

I have a USA address yes, but is simply a courier address, they just re-ship
all to me once a month. Now the western is going to that address and to my name.

What can i do? theres no way i can cash a western union sent there, right?

You might want to call your local Western Union at the number on the website. Give them the MTCN number that they gave you. Explain and that your id matches the name etc. Worth a try. Bizarre they would send it Western Union though.

do they have your bank account number? because then they just use Western Union to wire it to your bank account, that's what they did for me in the past year
you can send international wires with WU for a fraction of what banks charge

Would really like to get old good NA back on track. They produce really awesome content. We are owed $60k+ and I believe we can work it around as long as they shot great content.

I'm somewhat disheartened to see this thread. I just got into the adult webmaster game late last year and Naughty America was one of my highest converting programs.

Unfortunately now that its time to get paid out I see this thread. I'm in the same boat as many of you, weeks without a response from Crystal.

And on top of that my 'backup' program Pimproll just banned me.
