Ok after another email got paid via PayPal. Told Mike to pay me and close the account and I knew they were not paying other affiliates yet posting new stuff daily. PayPal arrived and I'm done with NA.

Glad to hear they paid you, even when you said you wanted to close out the account. Hopefully they start getting on track and getting everyone paid and up to date.

Good that you got paid Pamon finally. I love how you told them to close your account, they are simply not worth the hassle to promote when they are actively ripping off affiliates.

I feel like there should be some sort of list of known shady affiliate programs such as Naughty Revenue. Would have saved me a ton of hassle if I had spent the resources promoting different programs from the start.

I've been waiting to see what will happen with my payment request before writing anything new on this thread.

So I first asked to Mike a payment on mid-february who relay it to Crystal.
3 weeks later as I had no news I told Mike I had to email Crystal an Joe.
2 more weeks later I could confirm what many of you have written: no payment, no email answer from NA accountancy.

The way I advert porn, NA is one of the best converting site. Previously it was 30% of my income so I couldn't pulled out all the links. As I saw this kind of trouble coming, I've diversified my activities and now NA is only 15% of my income. They still owe me some $2,000.

I could understand cash flow problems. I could understand Crystal may be swamped with work. But not having an answer to an email from neither Crystal, nor Joe, no sorry, no, I couldn't understand it.

So whatever the reasons if in two weeks, April 7, I've not been paid, I will take actions and sanctions towards NA. Doing this alone won't trouble them, but if many affiliates do the same actions and sanctions at the same time that could hit the minds in the porn business.

I really hope to come back in two weeks telling you I've been paid and there's still hope at promoting NA.

Crystal doesn't reply to any mails. Joe doesn't reply. Mike just says he will chase it up with accounting.

I'm going to speculate they have been heavily sued and are using affiliate funds to pay it off every month. I know there was a company who had VR patents going after adult VR companies. This seems the most likely reason for the downfall of their affiliate program.

I emailed them again and asked for them to please go check to see if Crystal was physically ok as i feared she might have had a medical emergency months ago and could be sitting dead in her office chair.

I was waiting for an accounting email from 5 weeks. Not strangely, I received an email on monday after posting my message here and on XBiz saturday.

I answered them my point of view about this situation. As a result payment received wednesday and account closed. I prefer it this way even if it's really unfortunate cause they have a great site.

When you run a classic company, you can't afford to have customers that don't pay otherwise you risk bankrupcy. That's not because as affiliates our income is always bigger than our bills that we have to run our business differently from a classic company.

Good luck in getting your payment and good luck to NA to solve their cash flow problem if any.

I got paid $1,500 the other week, first payment for 6 months or so. So I'm still owed around $30,000. Even if I pulled every link I could expect to make at least that again in rebills over the next few years.

I have confidential documents showing he's extremely late on tax payments.

I will probably get these documents out and start a sponsored ad just to notify everybody they are screwing over their affiliates soon.

Then why not sell the business to someone who can run it well? I'm sure that is still a lot of potential in NA brand

Their Reddit guy is damned rude too. Seems they really don't give a toss how many people they are pissing off, whether hard working affiliates or paying subscribers.

It would be great if a bonafide company like Pimproll, Badoink, or Reality Lovers bought them out and then paid the money owed to NR affiliates. Naughty America certainly has a lot of good VR content. The problem I guess is that VR is progressing rapidly, moving already to 5K for example, that that existing content might be close to worthless in a couple of years. And given the continued disapointing lack of growth in the VR market, I doubt very much any company has the money at the moment to buy them out AND pay off all their affiliate debt.

reading their angry customer reviews, it seems like they are giving new members access to 100 old scenes and if you want to see new videos, you need to pay extra for every channel eg My Dad's Hot Girlfriend, My Friend's Hot Girl, I Have a Wife, ...

Why would a new buyer "waste" money by paying off old/current affiliates what is owed? That's the responsibility of the old/current owner. They have made the sale and profited from it, they pay. Only way a new buyer would pay off the outstanding debt would be if it's included as part of the purchase price but why would the current owner accept that, since they are not paying as it already is.

I agree I'm dreaming, but maybe a new owner might want to restore the brand and keep the past affiliates happy (or bring them back)?

Also, obviously the law regarding debt and such doesn't apply to the adult biz and us poor subhuman affiliate webmasters, or everybody assumes it doesn't, but doesn't a new owner of a company with existing debts have to take responsibility of those debts?
