I'm saying this whole scenario sounds fishy.

ie the ad for her sites latest update featuring her and james deen pinned right after her accusing deen of raping her.

ie: she was into this type of stuff

ie: no police report

ie: positing it on her twitter exclusively

its looks like a trumped up publicity stunt all while ruining deen as a bonus.

and like i said if you call someone a rapist you better have hard proof of you are scum yourself.
and yes cutesy women can all do all that dirty evil shit so done be blinded by the vagina.

if you can't understand that angle and want to argue your stale angle of woman's rights and safe words i don't know what else to say ....

So just to clarify. If you are going at it hot and heavy and she says, "No. Stop. Get off me." You feel free to continue for how long before you have done something wrong? I think your defense of this guy has made her case. Add in that is was a predetermined safe word that they had set up together and he looks guilty as hell without any evidence at all.
And a heads up to help you never be in the same situation, the answer is about 10 seconds. Any longer and you are committing a felony. Maybe they can't convict you on it but that is what you are doing.
If you were just trolling the whole time, my bad.

I only know through hearsay so I can't say for sure, but if in fact Bonnie, Stoya, Joanna, the others that have come forward, etc. are all friends and if there is some sort of coordinated attempt to profit from this situation either through gaining notoriety or profiting monetarily, it would be one helluva sad and sick way to do it and certainly a disservice to all victims of rape.

However, Deen more likely than not brought this on himself because something like that wouldn't happen because they all like him so much.

The Salem Witch Trials had plenty of witnesses with no reason to make anything up. From an evidentiary standpoint, that by itself is not enough. The idea that people want to have a 'guilt or innocence' discussion via twitter and for-profit media outlets is stupefying.

Whether you 'think' someone is guilty or not is unimportant. Whether they are guilty and whether they can be proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt is what matters. That's why we don't have a judicial system based solely upon the question of 'are there any witnesses without an obvious reason to make this up'....

I have no idea if he is or is not guilty of anything. I find it increasingly annoying that so many people are willing to pretend they know without a shred of evidence being presented or an actual trial taking place. We aren't talking about whether someone farted or not... we are talking about a life-altering criminal act (for the accuser and the accused) and it deserves to be given a whole lot more factual inspection than it has been given so far.

At this point, I hope EITHER James Deen or Stoya end up in prison. Either he did it and belongs there, or he didn't and her actions are sufficient to earn her a trip somewhere involuntarily. Th severity of these accusations are not being given anywhere near the amount of investigation they deserve.... whether 100 people on twitter say he is awful or 100 people on twitter say he is a great guy is damn near irrelevant. If they have something to say, they ought to be saying it in court under oath.

I doubt there is a coordinated attempt to mislead for profit, but if that were ever proven, it's likely grounds for a RICO case... :2 cents:

Agree 100% but have to say... the discussion and speculation in the adult industry is a good conversation to have regardless of either party being innocent or guilty. While none of us were witnesses to the events, we are all now victims of its consequences as a spotlight on the industry. For that reason, people should keep talking about it, even if that involves sitting in the court of public opinion and not privy to any evidence, factual or consequential.

While I don't necessarily disagree with your statements, I think it should be pointed out that the general public/media has the right to evaluate others by whatever methodology they choose...whether it is fair or not. If we want to diminish the number of these "media convictions", then the focus should be on convincing the public of the benefits of waiting until all the fact come in, instead of blaming the media for reporting allegations.

That's easy to say when you aren't being used as the example in every post. Im all for a discussion of what No means, or of the difficulties performers face and so on... but when it becomes posts of "I heard this specific person is awful' or "I heard this specific person is a saint' - that is counterproductive and goes against the entire purpose our legal system is intended to serve. :2 cents:

But the people saying those things are not part of the legal system as it applies to any possible criminal action against Deen....they are part of the general public. If any of those people get called as jurors in a trial against Deen,, they would probably be excused from serving due to their bias. So their statements do not actually go against the entire purpose of the legal system.

I know you're confused because while I don't doubt you have reasonable intellect, you have situation comprehension skills even when it's laid out to you in black and white.

So let's agree to disagree and go fuck ourselves independently.

My thoughts exactly. Six years to figure out he is bad. Yeah, right.

Ashley Fires (or whatever the name was) - didn't she claim he "raped / molested / whatever" on SET? Wouldn't that mean it would be easy to get a proof video?

I do not know her, but I would question any accusation by anyone that suggested someone else belongs in jail. There is a massive gap between 'blaming the victim' and 'requiring evidence.' Saying "you are claiming someone deserves to lose their freedom and their career, can you prove any of this?" is very different from saying "Well, what were you wearing at the time?"

Some people do not seem to understand the severity of rape while others seem not to understand the severity of unproven accusations. :2 cents:

If that's the case, keeping that a secret while posting other things on Twitter about the incident is a mistake. Your use of my name on your hate blog and in your first post of this thread is also a mistake. Perhaps one day you'll gain clarity about that.
