Mark, you're a Great Man and from week to week I realize we have a lot in common.

I've known Ashley Fires and her husband Jack Kona for years, and have known about what James did in the Kink communal shower to her for a long time now. She is a far cry from an attention seeker and just doing the right thing by coming out with her personal story.

This is a very well written story that gives the other side. And who ever wrote it is a vet and knows both sides of the story. I even take one step further(Thank GOD!), I do a 3rd video clip with with with the girls "Dos and Donts" Super detailed usually about 15 minutes long. Me and the male performer ask everything!! I mean everything!! I also have on video girls asking James to pee on them and choke them unconscious. I not a fan of either. Not my thing. Im always in shock with what I hear girls asking for.

If you are friends with her, you should encourage her to go to the police immediately. If Mr. Sevilla is convicted, not only will he serve jail time, but no one will question her motives or story any longer. The fact is, be it ever so terrible, NO accusation in this country should go beyond innocent until proven guilty.

Further, the suggestion that several women going to the police with accusations will not be listened to is absurd. That is another myth that hurts real victims.

Nikki has always been off her rocker. Always making up stories, lying to peoples faces.

This is a big part of the problem. You have those girls who are telling the truth and then some girls who just talk out their ass to get attention.

I know one girl who has now accused three different people of inappropriate contact with her, either flat out rape, attempted rape and/or abuse.

Yet it's not likely that ANY of the stories are true. Not that I believe in victim blaming but her story has changed so many times with each new guy it's hard to imagine anything this chick says is true.

So now when a real victim is abused and goes to tell her story people have a hard time believing it could be true.

I think there are a few in the group of 9 who were legitimate victims. I think no means no is a very clear line that he crossed with at least 3 or 4 of these girls, possibly more.

But one or two of them, I think they are just riding this story for the game.

If what she said was true the first time then why then didn't she just take the lie detector test and claim the money? But more than that, if she would have done that back then think how many girls she could have saved from his abuses?

That's why I have a hard time believing her claim.
