wait 7biz days, no wire specialist at work, 10biz days for the wire to return, then wrong IBAN #, change the intermediary bank... never ending chain of BS here.

LOL

International wires have a minimum so it's gotta be over $500 I would think.

I am going to send you some funds, what is your epassporte?

Have you considered adding Epoch into your rotation?

XENON CONTENT 12-01-2015 07:44 PM

"It smells like CCBill's bankruptcy may be in front of us."

I thought the problem was that they are rolling in piles of money and thus don't have to evolve, compete and get better or lose market share

JasonCollins 12-02-2015 03:55 AM

You could also consider adding Verotel to your cascade... :thumbsup:2 cents:

CCbill has always paid, I'm sure they will resolve your wire transfer problem.

This. Last time I had a wire missing the manager at my bank explained that SWIFT technology (and probably other forms of wire) is from the 1970s, and involves people keying in data to terminals that communicate between different banks. An international wire could end up going through 3 or 4 banks, which means 4 chances for someone to miskey the data and invalidate the wire.

I've received a wire from one program every fortnight since I opened this particular bank account in 2009. Same account details every time, yet two have been randomly lost. In both cases, the subsequent payment came through just fine.

I think it's a real stretch to conclude that an isolated payment issue means ccbill is insolvent.

candyflip 12-02-2015 07:55 AM

Why hasn't CCBill gone to ACH? Everyone else has been doing it for years.

Thank You. We didn't contact Paul. They ignored our calls and chats. 3-4 ladies were trying to "help". But they are like a call center employees. They copy and paste same text over and over again.

For our case they have a text ready going like this:

"Over the course of the past couple pay periods, we have received a small number of international wire returns on funds for an isolated number of CCBill accounts."

It took them 14 days to create this message.

Actually after 15 days not paying and a treat on gfy.com an account management supervisor sent us an email. Did it change something? You can guess.

this has nothing to do with rules. it has to do with what works. either you're doing something very wrong by thinking this thread will get you recognized or CCBill doesn't give 1 single fuck about you. either way, this thread isn't reaching your goal.

What's the bank name?
costumer is spelled: customer :2 cents:

Thanks for correction, still improve my english.
The name of the bank is Volksbank (not connected to Volkswagen :))

The Porn Nerd 12-02-2015 04:35 PM

Germany is going through some EU tax overhauls and it's the end of the year so maybe this has something to do with it? International wires CAN be tricky. They go through an intermediary bank (usually in the US) but the problem is usually on the receiving bank's end.

Why do people have to ask this. The amount is irrelevant to the topic.

It's like when sponsors don't pay. People ask, "how much?", $1 or $100000, they are , or they are not paying is the issue.

Anyways, Jane hope ya'll can get this situation fixed with ccbill

I've always wondered this too. Ccbill is based in USA and ACH would be FREE and nearly instant for all American clients/affiliates, Ccbill, could you please get ACH?

Verotel is Euro based and even they have ACH :thumbsup

Jane. You have some of the best content in europe, but you always come across as a desperat amateur. You should consider hiring someone with better management skills, and you could focus on what you do best. It would generate a bigger profit and less enemies

Jane,
if you need help, setting up an account with Epoch, please reach out to me, I am there almost at all times.

We can help you in many ways.

PornDude 12-07-2015 12:45 PM

I also didn't get a payment in November.

On the top, my friend told me that CCBill (their bank) charged back a payment he got from them months ago via wire!

He even sent me original swift request and this is looking very, very fucked up situation.

Can anybody from CCBill explain what is going on?

Fat Panda 12-07-2015 01:06 PM

looks like this issue is spreading? no comment from ccbill?

NOT GOOD

BigFurry 12-07-2015 01:11 PM

Well I asked CCBILL support last week, just out of curiosity.

What they said is that only one bank is affected, and if the last payments arrived to us, we shouldn't be concerned.

Would be nice if they gave an official response here though, explaining the situation.

Bullshit there is no way you can charge back a wire transfer.

Pigshit.

The only available options for reversing a completed transfer are if the sending bank made a mistake, if the payment order was a duplicate of a previous order, or if the order is for an amount greater than the beneficiary was entitled to receive under the transfer. In those cases, the beneficiary's bank will recover the funds improperly paid to the beneficiary. I have had PLENTY of double deposits (mistakenly done by the payer) that one of them was reversed.

Thankfully it has never taken me into the negative because I don't live off of pennies and food stamps so its never a big deal. I also monitor my bank accounts very closely so I see when it happens and usually I have already been contacted that the error was made.

Yes there is. Your are your banks customer and if your reason for a chargeback is valid they will work with you to recover the funds.

dyna mo 12-07-2015 01:34 PM

Pursuant to the Universal Commercial Code Article 4A, once credited to the final account, a wire transfer cannot be reversed for any reason.

I totally agree. My question had more to do with the OP's hysterical tone. If it was for $352 then I would say she is way too hysterical. Make that amount $32,532 and it makes more sense (and may actually indicate CCBill is having financial problems).

So it does matter. Not in terms of whether or not it should be paid (of course it should be) but as to other aspects.
