I just spent almost two months in Europe (Holland, Germany, Czech Republic) and you are 100% correct. While I did see the rare "chubby" girl for the most part they were overwhelmingly spectacularly beautiful and in shape. When I got home to America and New Jersey I felt like I was back in a sea of whales. Unbelievable how shlumpy and fat and slobby most American girls are! Even the hot ones are all....too much (makeup, attitude, tacky bling).

In some sense I actualy do not blame US women. It IS the food we eat here in America, stuffed with chemicals and GMO and just terrible. Plus we've been trained to think comfortable is a higher value than beauty since beauty was always the thing that kept women from being taken seriously by men. European women embrace femininity more and adhere to a more old-fashioned sense of gender roles.

It's not only the quality of the food it's also the portion size. I will not date a woman who is not into health/fitness. Its ingrained in me and it's a wonderful way to live. I'm 30 years old - Never had a cavity, broken bone, or major health issue...knock on wood. I believe that most of that stems from a balanced diet and leading an active life style. It's not always about whats on the outside but whats on the inside too!

Yes I forgot portion size!! Out in New Jersey when I order takeout from an Italian place I get SO MUCH FOOD it's really embarrassing. Smothered in cheese, tons of pasta, entire loaf of bread...it's unbelievable. Of course most people make 2-3 meals out of it but still the portions are gigantic. Throw in $1 menus at fast food places, too.
