people obsessed with fitness are highly annoying. no offense. i like to take care of myself but people who are so into it seem to be kind of obsessive compulsive types.

I'm sorry that me training 4x a week to stay in shape is considered obsessive. I'll be sure to modify my daily routine of being healthy so that you're not annoyed. I think its funny that people who say they take care of themselves usually look the same day in and day out at the gym. I like to make progress. Progress takes commitment. You make it seem like I wont eat a cookie or a piece of cake lol.

it was nothing to you personally, really. just more of a general comment. health/fitness nut types tend to think they are better than others and seem to be addicted to working out. you don't sound like the extreme type i am talking about though, i don't think 4 times a week is obsessive. i'd say 1-2 hours daily would be.

4-5 times a week 60-90 minutes a session. I also bike, snowboard, ski, longboard, hike, etc. I like to stay active and healthy...if im obsessed then so be it. Ill take this over being overweight and riddled with health problems.

Bodybuilders are a different story all together. The majority are drug addicts with poor self image.

Never said those were the 2 ways to live. I know for a fact that if I ate what I do now and did nothing I would become overweight. I pretty much workout so I can eat whatever the hell I want and still look good naked. I'm not forcing my lifestyle upon you or anyone so stop putting words in my mouth.

Been like this for 10 years and found a woman who really enjoys the outdoors and being as active as I do. Been together 5 years, getting engaged soon so I don't think my mindset will ever change in regards to that. She likes coffee, edm, and morning sex. Thats close enough ;)
