Interesting! After examining your system's specs, i believe you might be the only company offering the features you do, the hardware it's run on, and at a price point well below what I've seen in comparison.

Assuming that all of the above functions as advertised, my only concerns would be your servers / system true uptime, technical support / ticket system and response time, and Mbase models online live consistency.

Hi Bthizzle,

Mbase models change often. We don't guarantee the availability of models available in it. Each site can decide to place their models in the network. Sometimes they add models today, and remove them tomorrow, and put them back the day after. It's very dynamic but not necessarily in a good way. It is possible to plug-in a 3rd party studio to help offset this if you want to.

If you plan to hire your own models or if you want to use it to manage your own network of solo models, then this product is for you.

If you plan to use it just to market the models who are on now via Mbase, and do not plan to hire your own models, then I would suggest that you look at a white-label like Streamate instead because they have more models.

Understanding the difference between the products and licenses is crucial, so the best thing to do is review the features first and make sure its what you want. If it is, contact me and I will provide you with a walk-through or even a free 30 day trial. The best way to reach me is via skype at **********.2much. You can also go to 2Much.net - Contact us page

Cheers!

You don't need to find a new cam site. Instead, think about using a tried and true partner like Livejasmin.com

you can't go wrong with experience and quality.

I can talk by experience that Mark Prince's software is a total mess. DO NOT BUY FROM MARK PRINCE.

A few years ago my partner and i bought a license from him and it was a total bait and switch, and his stuff is not customizable at all, Even Modena cam was more decent.

It makes me remove any and all urls when I quote it says I have to have a certain amount of posts first.

In short, I already have 2 studio managers to manage everything 24 hours to start. I also have agreements already in place with 15 webcam models, and a designer who has done multiple jobs for me previously. What is important to me at this point as an investor is:

#1 Whitelabel - Am I able to use only my brand and identity? For example should webcam model or visitor need support, can my own staff provide support?

#2 Cam System Support - Will your company provide 24/7 support to my managers and designer? Do you support through ticket system or live chat or phone?

#3 Uptime - Since you cam system is not selfhosted, do you guarantee a certain % of uptime?

#4 Customizing design - To what level of access would my designer be able to access site files for customizing?

Sorry I cant ask the questions using technical jargon, I'm just relaying what my managers and designer told me to ask before purchasing.

Hi CPA,

I don't know who you are, but no matter. There is no bait and switch. The list of options for each license has always been displayed on our website (see LiveCamNetwork License Options). If you bought a smaller license and wanted features it didn't have, I'm sure the chance to upgrade was made available to you.

I will make you a deal: Come back and give it another try. I'll give you 4 whole weeks to test our free version of LiveCamNetwork in any way that you want, with 1 little catch: All emails, all exchanges, all stats, all screenshots etc, will be posted here for everyone to see and to make sure we both tell the truth about the experience. If you like it, we restore the full license. And if you still don't like it, we part ways. Regardless, everything and everything about the test gets posted here. Agreed?

Yes. LiveCamNetwork installs on your domain, with your logo, your copyright and your contact information. You can support your own users and performers as you wish, or we can support them for you. It is completely up to you.

We took over secretfriends.com (online since 2002) in March and relaunched it in April. Tweaking and tuning it atm but so far so good.

Dmitry 06-02-2016 05:46 AM

If anyone considering to start a webcam site - hit me up. Last year we have added an option to allow webcam site owners based on our platform to share models to other WebVideo websites.

Now we have up to 50 models online in different niches which making it easy to start new webcam site. Prices starting as low as $79/month with hosting included.

Custom designed webcam system with mobile support available for $4995 one time.

More information in sig.
Studio and Affiliates welcome!

My thought exactly when I saw the title of the thread. It's definitely a much higher barrier to entry than a couple years back. We're about to come up on our 20 year anniversary as well, which is comparable to a lot of the other made cam companies.

I rarely see new companies, but spotted these two late last year.

CamSoda.com (affiliate program is invite only: Homepage- Camsoda.com)
WebcamModels.com (no affiliate program I could find, but does have studio support: https://www.internetmodeling.com/become_an_agent.htm)

Who is the person that sends the invitations?

I believe most of webcam sites got closed because the profit of small webcam site is too low to cover IT expenses especially when we understand Flash would get deprecated by 2020 and most people use mobile now.

Few interesting facts:
1) Webcam market is growing niche. Based on latest 6 months statistics from SimilarWeb
* MFC grown up from 105M to 140M visits
* Livajasmin grown up from 180M to 295M visits
* cam4 from 50M to 59M
* chaturbarte 260M to 415M
2) Starting a new cam business is getting difficult although the market is growing

The main problem starting a new website is how to starting without models and traffic. The chance of success is high for those people who have models or traffic and money for marketing.
