I think you never recruited anyone here, you are just opening the same threads again and again twice in every year or so.

He is a legit guy, worked for him. Always pays on time, no problemo. But the rates are low.

There is your problem James... you don't pay enough. So do the math, figure it out, if you can scale it then scale it, but the uploaders want more money.

So next thread I suggest you change the wording to not belittle potential employees, offer a wage that is acceptable to the majority, and you may just be able to scale your operation :2 cents:
