I did something similar, are you pre-defining the blocked states/countries in your code and if it detects it then it shows that?

Yes, I am doing it like that. It's not ideal, but seems to work okay.

Just from looking with a VPN I can say Chaturbate's block list is bigger than the list at mashable.
