The 'Unique Hits' column in your stats page is now 'Engaged Hits'. This change was made effective on April 28, 2025. last time they did it it didn't work and they rolled it back. seems like it still doesn't work

Don't be shocked at the drop in numbers, it may be visually disconcerting for some but it is 'by design' : there will be less visitors clicking the ad than visitors loading your page. You shouldn't lose acquired revshare and the good news is it may create openings since sites with huge traffics won't plant cookies on page load meaning more potential conversions for you. Keep cool.

I'm sending traffic to a white label. My raw hits and free registrations are consistent with my YTD results but engaged hits are 0 for the last 3 days.

Is this just a thing with white labels? I have a trickle of traffic that goes to pay per registration and engaged hits show up there.

I understand that the concept of Engaged Hits is sound in theory and seems beneficial to smaller affiliates, but it seems obvious that something is very wrong.

I guess this had to be deployed by April 30, so here we are.

I don't think anything is wrong but you have to accept the fact that you will see lower numbers with this new change

No doubt the engaged numbers will be far lower, but why are the sales zero as well?

The last time the introduced this, my revenue dropped by 50 - 60percent, i thought it was a coincidence, Now, exactly the same is happening.

This "issue" with the statistics has been happening in the last few months, pretty strange.

They only switched one time to new tracking method a few months ago, and rolled back after that, and now again on 28 of april.

The other issues in between were just hanging stats, this is something different

0 sales in the last 5 days. gonna switch them, I don't trust them anymore.

Frozen stats of all affiliates/partners are shown in the past with the new system using tools like CB Stats. GDPR applies only in the European Union, and only 20% of my traffic comes from the EU. It would be better to send more traffic to other sponsors. I'm up 30% in traffic and sales with other sponsors, so this seems like an excuse to shave the earnings of their affiliates/partners.

I don't know about anybody else but I am not seeing any frozen stats.

Engaged hits comes in low, but that was expected when they stopped counting just uniques and went to engaged.

My sales continue as normal and that is the most important number, I think.

Last time I posted stats, somebody asked about my traffic. Right now I have all my sites redirecting directly to chaturbate. I am letting them handle the age verification bullshit. It was an experiment but since my sales have not suffered, I am leaving it like that for now. My sales are mainly residual revshare at this point.

Accusing a sponsor of shaving because your numbers went down is pretty bullshit imho. Chaturbate has not missed a payment with me in the 11 years I have been promoting them. They have been a bread and butter sponsor for me for the past 8 years or so. Averaging over $2k/month for me on a consistent basis. This past month (April) was over $4k. March was over $4.5k. February $3.6k. January $2.7k.

I have no problem with Chaturbate.

This is actually really good information that will be ignored by the majority of people who post in this thread. In fact me just saying this will cause people to quote it and become quite upset/aggressive.

I tend to agree and I am hopeful on the future despite having frozen stats now and then and my revenue way down.

I'm blown away by your stats Sarettah because they imply that you are retaining repeat spenders, which I don't seem to do. When you look at your spenders how long have they been with you?

Yeah that's great and all but its very very rare that we have less than $250 per day. maybe once a year (and the last time they tried to introduce this),
and now 3 days in a row below 75 since the update.
ALso 24 new registrations but 0 engaged hit 3 days. How does that work?

Of course they are not skimming , that doesnt mean that something isnt working correctly. Also no reply from chaturbate yet usualy i get a response quickly

I also think that they don't skim or shave, but that the new system doesn't work well.

The raw hits go up and down a bit, but since April 26 I only have 1 engaged hit, I also have no idea how that is working...

In my case it's rare to see anyone spending more than the minimum any more, and all of those users who did, or spent consistently in any way are gone, with the last of them falling out in February. I don't see anyone with signup dates such as 2015, all are recent. To do your revenues I would have to have a lot of tiny transactions.
