You would be surprised. Some chat models would just openly admit stuff. Here's some of the stuff I saw personally.
During interviews, some models would actually lead with "Hi! I'm Jane! I'm an escort so I know exactly how to get money from guys, and --". No thanks.
"I need this job because my pimp said he --". Pass!
"Can you please pay me in cash every day? My boyfriend says I don't make enough escorting, and --". No. Please leave.
To be fair, there were very few applicants who did this, or that we ever had problems with. All of the models we worked with were amazing, wonderful people. Some models even brought resumes to their interviews (really). 99% of them were going to school and had bigger plans for their future which is what I really liked to hear.
Filtering out the models was really easy and made for a more comfortable work environment for everyone involved and made the chat studios quite easy to run. |
