Let me guess. Other Russians wanted the US nukes in Turkey? If you don't know it was the cause of the Cuban Missile Crisis. I didn't know that JFK was Russian :upsidedow

High-tech in Russia is aerospace technology, weapon defense systems, nuclear energy.

not to mention a share of the profits of foreign companies such as titanium details to Boeing(~5% per sale) and sapphire glass in Apple Watch.

Your GDP says nothing about what world wants and buys from you, thus I gave you your export statistics. You produce almost nothing of finished value. You pump oil and sell raw resources.

Your crystal manufacturer for apple watch posted whooping 87 million dollar revenue. Hardly anything to be proud of.

Russia's Monocrystal identified as Apple Watch sapphire supplier

And no, there isn't 5% per sale. More fruits of your imagination. They just buy titanium from Russia. Tiny fracture of your total imports.

You aerospace is struggling. Thats why you continued to sell engines to the west instead of sanctioning them as you did with other junk no-one wants or buys. With declining prices of oil your ways of making $$$ are drying up.

Educate yourself again: The Soviet Union is first to the Moon | History Today and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moon_l...anned_landings

Quote:

After the unsuccessful attempt by the Luna 1 to land on the moon in 1959, the Soviet Union performed the first hard (unpowered) moon landing later that same year with the Luna 2 spacecraft, a feat the U.S. duplicated in 1962 with Ranger 4. Since then, twelve Soviet and U.S. spacecraft have used braking rockets to make soft landings and perform scientific operations on the lunar surface, between 1966 and 1976. In 1966 the USSR accomplished the first soft landings and took the first pictures from the lunar surface during the Luna 9 and Luna 13 missions.

The Internet in a regular mind is about Web sites and Web services. They won't exist w/o HTTP and URI/URL invented by Brits. In the best case it would be just a modem network like FIDO. Also w/o satellites it won't be available globally. In the best case it would be some cable network to connect a determined number of consumers. That's definitely is not what we call the Internet.

I also don't understand their proud of the first manned Moon landing. It was done by Germans headed by a Nazi SS officer. They are so happy because the first people who survived on the Moon were the US citizens. Sorry but it's so silly. The first survived animals in space were Belka and Strelka. So should the dogs be proud to be the first in the outer space?

To sum it up. Russians have sent dogs to the orbit. Nazi Germans have sent US citizens to the Moon. Yeah, great success for those both experimental groups :)

P.S. It will be much cooler is the Americans were smart enough to make their own space rockets and send the German Nazi criminals to the Moon with a one way ticket ;)

Any names? No? So shout the fuck up already, clown. Wernher von Braun was the most advanced German rocket scientist, but he was second after Russian Korolev. There was no Americans or Czechs (those were drinking beer and vodka in Prague pubs - a useless junk) related to the World's space race. Russian spacecrafts have reached the outer space and Moon first. That's a hysterical fact, so just swallow it.

This is very, very simple. If I mail my suitcase to Moscow, and they mail it back to me, it means I have sent my suitcase to Russia. This doesn't mean I have been to Russia. I means I sent a package to Russia. In other words, Russia sent a probe to the moon. But no Russian has ever been to the moon. Instead, all they could do is send a package.

Since 1969 the United States has sent a dozen men to the moon. Russia has sent none. Not one.

CyberSEO never responds to my posts because CyberSEO knows I know Russians and therefore realizes he can never "win" an argument with me. I know the secret to arguing with Russians and CyberSEO knows this about me. So he only responds to those he thinks he can somehow subjugate with his overbearing fuckery.

The secret? Walk away laughing.

Carry on.

Sending humans to the moon and back is orders of magnitude more complex than sending a dog to die in space or launching a satellite... so even though you may have had a brief lead in the space race, when it came to the real competition of "landing a man on the moon and returning him safely to the earth" you guys didn't even come close...

but maybe in 2029 you will achieve what the US has achieved in 1969 :1orglaugh

Helmut Gröttrup (12 February 1916 – 5 July 1981) was a German electrical engineer. He was born in Cologne and died in Munich. He was an assistant of Wernher von Braun in the V-2 rocket-project. Gröttrup was responsible for the radio guidance system. After the war, he worked in the Soviet rocketry program.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helmut_Gr%C3%B6ttrup

Gröttrup provided to the Soviets with many details about geography of subcontractors involved into the A-4 program. He also contacted a number of qualified individuals outside of the Soviet zone, who could assist the Soviet rocket development effort. Apparently among people, who moved into the Soviet efforts to join A-4 program with the help of Gröttrup's references were aerodynamist Hans Zeise and the construction expert Anton Narr. Friz Fibach, the expert in launch operations, also crossed over into the Soviet zone from the British sector.

As them. But I guess because they didn't want to risk human lives in training flights. I believe they saw that happened to Challenger in 1986.

P.S. I don't understand that US intention to send people anywhere even if they will die. Why don't you use robots instead? Soviet robots were first to the Moon (our robots did it long time before the US humans) and even Soviet shuttles were driven by robots. Those are just electronic-mechanical constructions and nobody will cry if we lost them.
