I was on the convention in Vegas I think 1998, hotel venetian. There I talked to all the TGP guys like James from adultbuffet, Fade from videopost, the guys from pornno, hardcorejunky, al4a, ampland and so on (the pornlords lol) . Lost most of the contacts because I lost my icq. Would be happy if someone has some of the old contacts like skype etc.

Its sad to hear that Beth (pk) died this year.

Most of those contacts have moved on or left the industry. ICQ was big but now everyone has deleted it and doesn't use it anymore so those contacts are pretty much gone. You'd have to go to industry directories or if you have old directories from trade shows that had lists of names in them. Then again - most of them are gone now. There are few veteran's around from those days

I miss the old shows.

The one at the Westin Diplomat in Florida was my first show, the belly flop contest was awesome (think it was sponsored by SilverCash?), along with the yacht cruise, plus the drinks at the pool bar of course :)

Those old school tgps were licenses to print money.

The first time I went to Internext was Miami, 2004 I think. What a great show: Tons of great parties, plus a big party at Club Mansion Miami, and the band LIT performed a set by the pool at the Hotel. I seem to remember a crazy storm one night too, with someone throwing hotel furniture out of the window. Lol. Good times!

I think of all the shows, that was probably my favorite one, the whole event actually seemed more relaxed and organized than others that followed.

The added benefit was, living in FL at the time, I never had to deal with the convention crud because of crazy flights getting to Vegas / Europe lol

my best shows were in Hollywood Florida and vegas back in 1998-2000.

I went to one years later and it was way watered down around 2014 i believe in vegas
