No underground parking, no lift (wait a minute, it's a 7th floor!) is on sale for 153.2 million rubles (over $2 million USD). So for you (and for me actually) it's not even a good one, because I can't imagine myself walking up to 7th floor and down by stairs. On the other hand, we have underground parking but the building is not considered as an elite one, because it's not in center and it was not built in 1909 to brag about it. So once again, good and best are very relative things when we are speaking about Moscow realty.
