No... the catalan government must first create state structures like a catalan treasury, a project of social security, a central bank, a constitution, a catalan passport, etc, etc, in the next 18 months approx... anyway, I don't think this will be so easy...

I was over there when that was going on last year. Drove from London right up to John O'Groats then up to the Orkneys.

It was amazing how much the signage changed the further north we went.

So presently, Barca is still in Spain, although there are prominent actions being taken to make Catalan a separate country?
