You should make sure that your natural born citizens can speak the language first! I swear to god that at least 40% of people born here can't speak proper English!

just be tolerant...no foreigner speaks our language but it does not stop me from being nice to them...I have 2 foreign friends who live here in serbia one is from hungary the other from france, the french guy knows a word or two of serbian the hungarian guy does not know a word LOL...they are both great guys, I do not mind one bit...actually it never crossed my mind to think that they have some sort of obligation to learn my language...

we have a hungarian minority in the south, they speak hungarian...I went to a shop there and the lady did not know serbian, she made me a nice sandwich and we communicated with hand signals...

Wherever I am from or whatever my origins are , I know that I am quite OK, as not being a lazy thief ukranian .... that would require suicide ....
