It's not a cheapest or best one. It just have a most optimized site for the Google, so it came first in my SERP's. Ask Google and it will show you a ton of other Russian private clinics that do MRI for $40. So is there anybody who can tell me why I have to pay over $2,500 USD in the USA? Are the MRI devices there so special or what?

The same applies to dental clinics as well. That's just a first site from Google SERP's. To find the real best clinic, you have to check and compare at least a few similar top clinic sites.

If you want it, we can continue with eye and heart surgery clinics to compare their price/quality ratios. Just make sure you have enough of saliva :winkwink:
