That's like the 2012 election when Harry Reid said that "rumor has it" that Mitt Romney hadn't paid his taxes in years.

Let me play now: Rumor has it that Trump worships Satan.

Rumor has it that Trump eats baby flesh for breakfast.

Rumor has it that Trump only wanted David Duke as his running mate because Osama Bin Laden is already dead and can't be the VP

It isn't rumor that Trump is in very tight with the "establishment" (banks/special interests) that you think he is so ready to challenge and change.

You didn't really respond to the the facts of what I laid out in a previous post but on the bright side you do finally get that I am anti Hillary too.

Trump ain't no Ronald Reagan

What Donald Trump should've learned from Ronald Reagan's 1984 KKK comments.
Quote:

In stark contrast, when learning of a similar backing by the Klan in his 1984 Presidential campaign, perhaps the GOP??s greatest leader, Ronald Reagan, had this stern and reverberating rebuke for the Klansmen.

??Those of us in public life can only resent the use of our names by those who seek political recognition for the repugnant doctrines of hate they espouse? The politics of racial hatred and religious bigotry practiced by the Klan and others have no place in this country, and are destructive of the values for which America has always stood.?

Such an earnest and firm refusal to accept the support of an entity long accounted for promoting hatred and racial disharmony was what many hoped Mr. Trump would have brought to the table. Unfortunately, for both Trump??s reputation and the fortunes of his candidacy, he did not.
I am no great fan of Regan but he did say what he meant usually and was an honourable man...

This would have had more impact in the hunnie spot, nevertheless, well played.

Non KKK member for 40 years David Duke denied that he endorsed Mr. Trump:

I voted for Reagan and would do so again, but he was wrong about the KKK. As long as a group is *law-abiding* and *does not promote civil unrest* they have the same rights as the NAACP, NRA or any other group of like-minded folks. Freedom of association is guaranteed in the Bill of Rights AND that is what makes the USA special...mob-rule mentality and majority views have no place in America.

That being said, I could never vote for trump. He strikes me as a used car salesmen with a nice suit. He is a bad comb-over, wise cracking smarmy huckster that will say or do anything to get you behind the wheel of whatever lemon he is selling. But I can not find fault with his handling of this situation. Maybe he could have said he doesnt agree with some of the views of the KKK, but he respects their right to endorse whomever they wish. The question was just another shot to try to take him down. John Gotti aint got shit on Trump, he truly is the "Teflon Don"

Or he meant he did not know what Dave Duke's organization was about. Duke is not with KKK anymore for a loooong time.
