Just watched The Void, which looks like and has the vibe of an 80's John Carpenter horror movie. It's full of gross practical effects, weird sci-fi shit and some decent cinematography and acting.

Calibre...a Scottish thriller on Netflix. Don't watch any trailers, because they give away too much.

It's one of those "what would I do in this situation?" movies.

Added all to My List. I usually watch TV series like Blue Bloods, Shameless, Orange Is The New Black, Grey’s Anatomy, Embarrassing Bodies, off the top of my head. Netflix is worth $7.99/month. I get Amazon Prime, too, and go back and forth. I tried Hulu but it didn’t have much for me.

With all my interruptions, pause is the best invention. Plus I can watch on my iPhone while waiting at the doctors’ office.

Hold the Dark was good if you like an intriguing mystery set in the Alaskan landscape. There's a shootout in the middle of the movie which seems a little out of place, but goddamn it's a doozy. be warned....this movie will not spell everything out for you if you like to have things wrapped up neatly at the end.

The Coen brothers made a Western for Netflix. If you like Coen brothers movies, you'll like this one. It's super violent, funny and also tragic sometimes.

I wouldn't say I'm into Anime, but for some reason, I ended up watching Castlevania (both seasons) and enjoying it very much. Good writing, good voice acting, character motivation which make sense, decent musical score, terrific fight scenes and probably my favorite depiction of Dracula I've seen.
