i trnsfered from my checking, to the card, went to atm, didnt work, when will atm card be working again? this is frustrating, i sent ruth a msg on skype, hoping to hear back

At the moment, ATM withdrawals and POS purchases are not working via the Paxum Card.

This is a Mastercard issue, and this issue affects other payment program cards, not just Paxum.

We are in communication with Choice Bank/Mastercard regarding the situation, and we hope they will resolve the issue and return to normal service promptly.

When we have any updates we will inform you.

2. bad thing. all my attempts to get money from ATM with Paxum card were cost me $0.50 for each "transaction". fock. $6 in total for me!

What a bad surprise :Oh crap

I was having (for the 1st time in the last 3 years) a serious problem serching to Withdraw Funds from my paxum account to my verified Bank Account (EFT) so I contacted Paxum and they answered me that:

"For the moment the EFT transfer method is suspended.

We don't have a clear estimate for when will this be solved but we assure you that we're doing all that's possible to have this transfer method available by the end of this year.

Please keep in mind that you can still use the WIRE transfer method, to move funds between your Paxum account and your bank account. This transfer method has a $50 fee (or its equivalent in the withdrawn currency), fee that mustn't be included in the withdrawn amount. If you're not comfortable with this fee you can always send the funds back to the sender and ask to be paid through another method.

No one contacted me until today :Oh crap
Now I suppose to have to use the WIRE transfer method with its $50 fee but hope that this transfer method will be available once again by the end of this year or I will have to stop using paxum as payment method with my partners returning to check 

I've only used PayPal and Escrow for 14+ years for getting paid and if that didn't work I'd take a paper check. Debated Paxum, Payoneer etc... as an alternate method but haven't pulled the trigger on anyone usually due to being just about to pull the trigger and then I see threads like this. :winkwink: I would need it strictly for money being able to be ACH into bank account as I don't need the ATM card.

Paxum showed my card was shipped on 2nd and i got it on the 4th! No idea how it got here so quick !

Speaking about Paxum ... I think its strange they are always anonymous in communication. In the support tickets they call themselves Paxum39, Paxum25 and so on.
They want to know everything about their customers and we dont even get a fucking name to communicate with.
