I feel like its time to stop using Paxum now.

My card expires this month and when I messaged asking when I'll get my new one I was told that Paxum is no longer issuing mastercards to US citizens. WTF? Seriously?
I was NEVER told this so I guess it's a little odd that I'm just finding this out now.

What is the plan going forward?

They should switch you to the new Paxum bank...

And again Happy New Year from Paxum - I cant transfer money to CC 3 days :( No answer from support...

Looks like it got resolved earlier.

Trying to open a business account over the last few days.
A total nightmare.

Plus having paxum34 / paxum26 or whatever number of the day answering and never giving a name is not reassuring.
They messed up one detail still waiting for an apology

I have never encountered a website/service that continually removes features... I was lured into signing up for Paxum because I read all over their site that you can withdraw via a cheque (I have no use for their card).

After actually receiving some funds I go to withdraw, and it turns out that feature was removed.

They also removed the ability to withdraw to a personal card. Seems pretty ridiculous that there is an economy that thrives on just converting Paxum "money" into Paypal money.

That's nothing new, they never did. Has always beden issued in personal name.

I initiated a Wire Transfer withdraw last week and now they're telling me something was wrong and that's after I've added intermediary bank after they had the same issue 3 weeks ago with another Wire withdraw of mine. And they did not return the 50 bucks for the transfer ..

Any other having problems with Wire withdraw?

Can't see our EUR account ( we have US company account ) how to transfer money to CC from USD account ??? Everything is changed :(

You can't transfer anything to your card. They don't offer cards for American companies.

no i cant transfer money to my card either and i opened a ticket with them and still no answer!

It's the same in Europe too though, they don't issue any cards with the company name on it. All their cards are personal.

Yeah got funds went to transfer to the paxim card which I did last month with no issues. Now no option to transfer and I have a biz account. Only way is to transfer to bank. I'm in the US and this sucks. I get personal accounts but I can see adult sites and affiliate programs looking for a better way to go. PayPal seems the logical way and their stance towards adult has been better lately. Ughh

Paxum does not issue cards for bussiness users. Was posted in previous threads already.

2018-02-19 : For your card request to be processed by the bank please submit a different proof of address document with your full name on it. The document on file contains your last name and only the initial of your first name.

This was sent to a customer in Russia in reply to a support ticket, however it seems that no-one is able to transfer funds to their CCs ATM.

I transferred funds to mastercard and it shows up in Pending Charges column, instead of available funds

External bank card, not Paxum card.

Umm, the card in question here is Paxum MC. They are referring to external cards as a possible future alternative.

Things look too bad. Probably this is not new information for Paxum. Interestingly, the cards stopped working on 1st of March. I suppose Choice Bank informed them months ago about terminating the service.

The only thing clear to me from that supposed email was this is not getting fixed any time soon. Let's hope Ruth finds her way in here soon.
