I'm not interested in getting a Paxum card. I left a site that only offered Paxum as it's been a week or two now since I actually attempted to get the money out (has been sitting there for a month or so with no effort on my part so that's on me) and I'm still trying to get a grand total of $35 out of my paxum account.
Have a new project in the works and trying to tie up all loose ends before I start moving from working hard in planning/strategy to working my azz off for it to go live. yes it's only $35 but it's money I earned creating a 5 minute video I put honest work into and thus a sum I would like to receive. Verified account, with my non-residential Canadian address (I own the CA property though I live elsewhere in Central America) as well as my US corp address I adore Ruth (and have spoken to her) but I get the sense she's the only one at the company who actually even reads emails and has some sense of responsibility. To be extremely clear, not for a second do I blame Ruth for what I consider to be a ridiculous delay over a super-small amount. Despite all Ruth's hard work (I can't fathom what she deals with in her inbox and thank you Ms B for all your work) it is comical though; I'm really not into investing time getting money I earned after I've earned it. From what I've read Chosen, Nikki and Roby are the top, trusted peeps to hit up? I haven't messaged anyone yet but @Nikki you seem to be around here more, if you're interested in a super-small conversion from my paxum to payoneer that would be awesome cool if I PM you (or vice versa)? |
I'm glad everything got sorted out.

I transfered a money a few minutes ago from wallet to Paxum card without any problem.

I transferred money also without problem an hour ago. But after I cannot cash out my money ( "insufficient funds" and so on, though I have enough money on my card.
|
I have funds on my card but cannot withdraw at atm. Anyone experience the same issue?
I'm getting a "your card cannot be used at this atm" message. (yes I always use this atm) |

With insufficient funds you normally get a different error message. |
Did you try with a different bank's ATM? The banks have black lists and some cards (especially these ones without chip) could be blacklisted. Another possibility is that your magnetic strip is damaged and the device doesn't recognize your card. We all know the third option:Oh crap.

Gonna try again today probably. |
Fixed. Today I get the money from atm at last.

Another Paxum issue
Got the new card, went to activate it. Since it did not work to activate it yourself two years ago, I was very careful to both read and follow what little instructions were there. Entered full name on the card and the card number. And - BOOOM The Paxum system instantly charged me 19 yearly card maintenance fees of $44.95 - almost $1000 right there. Wrote a ticket to support and the answer comes back "we know about the issue and funds will be reveresed in 12-24 hours" Guess what, no funds have been reveresed and it's now been more than 24 hours since the last transaction of those 19 yearly fees that they took. Wrote a reply to please have the funds from the old card transferred over to the new card, the reply to that "yes, we have now asked the bank to transfer from your old card account to the new one, this will happen in a few days time". I was due to get a new card in February and Paxum initiated the process in January. I reponded promplty and address verification was approved first time around. Guess what, they took all of February to produce and mail the card and it did not arrive here (western European country) until March 5th. I am being charged for uninterrupted service, but all I get is problems and interruptions. And yeah, there has still not been any reversal of the funds back into my account... |

The system is down again.
|
You can't continue restricting your most important services every few days and expect to keep customers. This is not going to end well for Paxum.

This is a LOL service. Payoneer is also going down the drain. TransfeWise, Monese is what you should be using.
