If you need to receive Paxum affiliate payouts how do you do that if you're living in the US? I remember having my Paxum account closed because I lived in the US and they told me to signup with "paxumbank.com".

There are two options for USA clients:

1) Register for a Business Account with Paxum.com (if you have a registered business)
2) Register for a Personal Account with PaxumBank.com

Ruth, Glad to see you are still around. But not a single word about those "printing" for over a month? You are not allowed to comment about the fact Paxum stopped receiving cards from Trucash since the last batch? Is Paxum looking for another provider?

I was used to getting errors with the other card but with this one its a first..

This happened to me a few times (with old Choice Bank issued card) in the past, but the money was always returned to my account within 24h.

Ok, I finally got my new "temporary" card after 6 weeks (!). Did Paxum send the card by ship? Otherwise this would hardly be possible. I didn't know "envelope mail" is still being "shipped" nowadays.

Ok, so I finally get my card and was able to fund it with $500 (I think that's the max per day or funding).

Now get this... Off I go to the nearest and dearest ATM to my heart, happy to have finally received, activated and funded my shining brand new card. Everything goes well, code accepted, money getting counted and then the card being in the process of coming out of the machine again. For security reasons, the already counted and ready money stays inside the ATM until the card has been ejected.

Suddenly, the machine makes some funny noises while trying to eject the card, managing to get it out about half a centimeter (that's around 0.2 inch), then retracting it again. After doing this a couple of times, the ATM pulls the card back inside the machine and lets it drop into a special box inside. You can hear the money whirling around inside the machine and the bills getting sorted and being re-stacked - leaving me with no money and no card.

I WAS NOT CHARGED FOR THIS TRANSACTION but was left with no money and no card which later proved to have been a mechanical error on part of the ATM. I finally get someone responsible on the line and he tells me, they send all cards in that box to a company which then sends it back to the issuing bank (in this case, Paxum being over 1,500 km or roughly 950 miles away, presumably taking another 6 weeks to arrive back in Canada.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! :mad:

Thanks and I hope this info will be useful. Make sure that you wipe off all the lubricants that are still on the card from the production process or better yet, get the cash inside a bank. The card itself - intended only as a temporary card - was understandably the cheapest model available.

I transfer money form checking to card every day.
In average I'm successful in 70%...

My experiances are that transfers in the morning (Central European Time 9:00 - 13:00) are successful in 100%, but late transfers are very often "Error 404"...

I have no idea why, but it works for me do it in the morning...
Even if it only worked out of 5% it is still the best, fastest only fast way how to get my money.

In the last 24 hours, two people refused to do a service for me if I am going to pay with paxum. They are not using it anymore. No wonder considering all these problems. My card never arrived and that is absolute idiotism and amateurism to send something without a tracking number.

Of course,I have to pay for the new card. It seems someone there is advising them how to make people run away from them.

Yep same here, looks like trucash has a limited total amount of money it can load to cards on a daily basis. You have to get in line very early to have a chance. I was able to trsf 500 at 4am

It is not ok for some. When you get they error everybody does. Trucash seems to have a daily limit they can process. When you get the message it means everybody is locked until their limit reset or something. So if you are one of the first to try after a "reset", it will work. If you try very early, like 3 or 4 am EST you'll have a much better chance.

My card was mailed on the 28th and arrived this week. This is my first card on a fresh Paxum account. Does anyone have any idea if this card is usable? I'm hesitant to load cash onto it.

The only problem is to load the money on card sometimes. Card works for 100%.

first it took time to transfer money to card because of 404 error and then $500 daily limit and i now found out that $500 is also daily atm limit...

It should be $1000/day and $500 per transaction unless they changed it lately.
