I wanted to withdraw money by bank on 15 June 2018 and they cancelled my request (payed $50 fee) and they wanted company website and i gave to support on July 2 and paxum supports are not giving answer. Im still waiting. What happened to Paxum? They were working well.

Sometimes it works sometime it doesn't just try again. Max amount is 500. you don't have to wait for their reply to try again...

Now I can't even move funds from my Paxum card back to my Paxum checking account. And funds have to be on the checking account to be sent to another Paxum user or withdrawn with any other options.

Also, it appears $1,500 just "disappeared" from my Paxum card. Nice trick Copperfield, but can you now make my money reappear?

PS: Paxum tried to shuffle me over to "True Cash" who apparently issued the cards for them. HELLO? I have never done business with that company but only with Paxum. Who they choose as their business partners I have no influence over nor is it any of my concern.

To be fair, not everyvone in industry visit gfy on regular bases, and paxum gives very little information about what is going on in their official e-mail newsletter.

Actually, I have never needed to use this feature. If it hasn't been working for years, why is the option still visible but results in an eternally spinning "please wait/loading" circle?

I've forgotten they exist, trying not to get money there anymore.

It can take up to 10 business days for the Paxum MasterCard Request to be processed and up to another 10 to be printed however since we have to issue a large number of cards, we're depending on the new processor's workflow, which is why we're experiencing delays.

Even though the current situation doesn't allow us to respect the estimated time frames, rest assured that we're working as hard as possible, in order to get everything back to normal in a timely manner.

We expect your card to be processed shortly, after which it will be sent to printing in the shortest time possible.

Once the card is printed, it will be shipped and should reach you within 6 weeks.

Heh.. so I'm already waiting 8 weeks for "printing" process to be done and when it will finally be printed I'm suposed to wait another 6 weeks "probably more" to get the card? So what, I'm suppose to pay 45 USD yearly for a card, that will probably be taking 1 year to arrive? Ok, what are my alternatives? I need it for AWE but I dont want to use wire or "epayservice? Seems even worse than paxum"

Well, that's not the only problem as my case shows. I suggest you load it with a small amount, say $100 and then try to collect the money at the bank counter so what happened to me doesn't happen to you too.

If you really must use an ATM, make sure you wipe off the card real good with a wet clean cloth to remove any residue from the production process.

Paxum it's 2016 and you're still fucked.

I have the same error. Can't transfer money between my accounts (to paxum mastercard). I wrote to support, they answered to try again and still cant transfer.

Tried 2 card, both used many times before, tried exchanging to 'local' currency from USD, removed cards & re-added, tried VISA & Mastercard, still card not supported error.

Looks like their services are getting worse. I used to like them but they are unable to offer a normal service lately. It's interesting how easily they charge us for something they know they can't offer. $7 for a card replacement, $50 for an express delivery, the yearly maintenance fee.. And all that for a card that doesn't even exist! I'm sorry to write it but I think all they're doing is a ridiculous attempt at postponing the inevitable bankruptcy.

Still waiting for my card for almost 4 months. Actually, the first card 'got lost' so I paid 7 bucks for another one. I guess I need to pay 95 and then the card will magically appear since 'you can track the shipment if you pay 95'.

no it will not - also not with paying 95.
my first card was send in march - got lost - paid the "express fees" in june - and NO MAGIC - 2 month later still NO CARD.

i changed already all payments to other methods and we do not accept paxum payments anymore.

Paxum does have issues here and there but it's the ultimate solution (so far) for adult industry.

we don't have any issues with Paxum at all. they are the most used payment solution in adult and thousands of people use them daily, of course no service is 100% and there is a small % of webmasters that have issues and those are heard the most, those satisfied are just quiet...
