The girl looks great! But the site's interface needs some improvements still.

But the biggest problem is the join process.

When you click join, it should take you instantly to a join form, with only a username, password, and email field, plus a membership period selection.
Even better if you pre-fill out the username and pass with random data.

In yours, you click join, and nothing happens. You have to FIND the cart, then check out, then spend minutes filling out a long form.

Also, noone wants to give out his phone number and postal address when joining a porn site. Do you want to call their wives, or send them a bill? :)

You have to make joining as quick as possible, require as little typing from the user as possible. People buy porn when they're horny. They're not in mood for filling out long forms, they'll just leave if you make them do that.
