And yet...they KNOW the polls say otherwise and that he is winning across all demographics AND pulling about 20% of Democrats too.

The law says you have to prove intent. Which means they have to prove that he actually went out of his way and wanted to hurt her, which obviously he didn't.
If it wasn't like that then you'd be able to sue anyone that bumped into you in a crowd.

For real. Not from an arm grab. It manifested from the shoulder problems I've been having of late. It's all cleared up now (the bruising, not the shoulder), but it wasn't even close to being the worst thing that's ever happened in my life.

I once got suckerpunched by a cowardly weasel in a crowd while I was defending a guy from getting gang beaten. Sore lip for a few days but I wouldn't even rank it in the top 500 worst things to happen.
