Documents show aggressive sales tactics at Trump University

They were selling air.. Emotions. Not knowledge.

"Documents show aggressive sales tactics at Trump University"

exactly what I've been saying all along... does the title say "Documents prove fraud at Trump University"? does the article mention that the documents prove fraud in any way? that's right, it doesn't, it just describes "aggressive sales tactics" that certainly are not unique to Trump U... :thumbsup

Liberal lynch mob rule book has no place for innocent until proven guilty.

I just learned that at today's class. They had to beat it into me.

dyna mo 06-06-2016 07:47 PM

I initially lolled because liberal lynch mob gives Hillary a free pass for being under FBI criminal investigation but trump is guilty as a mother fucker because a lawsuit was filed.

High 5!

:1orglaugh:1orglaugh Thats exactly what it suggests - FRAUD ...

One thing to sell toyota corolla to 20 year old idiot at 22% APR... yes, aggressive sales practice.... but went you push him to buy additional 20K worth of useless upgrades and flat tire replacement options by running his credit line to limits and asking his parents to get second mortgage. Yep, that fraud no matter how you look at it. :1orglaugh Thats why its defunct business and thats why he is being sued. Just like many other scams of same nature.

dyna mo 06-06-2016 07:55 PM

4 square isn't fraud/scam. Speaking of aggressive car sales tactics

Horatio Caine 06-06-2016 08:00 PM

Trump University: Yes, It Was a Massive Scam | National Review

attorney general Eric Schneiderman, who told CNN?s New Day in 2013: ?We started looking at Trump University and discovered that it was a classic bait-and-switch scheme. It was a scam, starting with the fact that it was not a university.?

Trump?s own promises: that students would be ?mentored? by ?handpicked? real-estate experts, who would use Trump?s own real-estate strategies. Here?s Trump making the pitch himself:

according to the New York complaint, none of the instructors was ?handpicked? by Trump, many of them came from fields having nothing to do with real estate, and Trump ??never? reviewed any of Trump University?s curricula or programming materials.? The materials were ?in large part developed by a third-party company that creates and develops materials for an array of motivational speakers and seminar and timeshare rental companies.?

I got 4 squared a long time ago. I had to shit $10k cash to save the deal after they let me drive off and took my trade in. I borrowed more, drained accounts and rolled fucking pennies because I wasn't aware.

Selling Pontiac Fiero replica Ferrari as authentic Italian car - is.
Teaching Medical Classes to Med students without medical degree is fraud as well.

And if you were a bit smarter you would have known that you have 48 hours to change your mind and threatened them with legal action. Someone took advantage of my idiot father once and paid dearly for it. Big car dealership too.

Someone has to actually do what they say... For years and years we've always heard idle threats from conservatives about how "you can't take ma guns or else!". Well seems everyone got tired of waiting for the "or else" and have decided to run them conseveratards out of Dodge..

Guess it's only those dirty hippies, welfare moms and them Mexicans who will go to the streets and fight for what they say they will fight for running them there conservesatards off the streets..

I don't blame you, we all have kids to feed, and I'm sure you had nothing to do with any shadiness if there was any, but don't kid yourself, if you could put up Trump U links on your site, and collect few thousand per day, you would do it... especially considering Trump U ran a 10x more honest operation than most adult dating sites... :2 cents:

That's not a defence of Trump. all you are claiming is that others would be as corrupt as Trump if only given the chance.

The evidence against Trump is overwhelming, with Clinton they can't find enough to make a case.

I think most Americans can see this guy is doomed. He was too stupid to realise the moment he stood everything he had done was in the public sector. The further he went, the scrutiny built.

He's so self-centered and arrogant, he dismissed the reality of what he faced. He will likely face jail time a fine won't come near to smacking him down.

How is it his fault that 90% don't have what it takes to be RE investors? Shady because there were upsells? that's common practice in many businesses...

where exactly was the scam?

The scams are explained in the court documents. :Oh crap

same with Trump courses, you use different sales pitch based on potential customer's age/gender/etc... nothing shady about that at all, it's just aggressive salesmanship like I said...

Trump was selling special information and didn't supply that. If a car salesman sells a car telling the buyers it does something it clearly doesn't. He's breaking the law.

When an entire company does it and conspires to do it. That's a big crime. When a manual explains how to do it and to pervert the authorities. It becomes an even bigger crime.

When the person at the top of such organisation and can be linked to the scam. Stands for the highest office in the world. That man's an idiot.

Much like the Republican lynch mob rule book. The difference, this time, is the Republican candidate is pretty much convicted on his own evidence. On the other hand Nothing has been found regarding Clinton.

Bill Clinton collected 16.5 million dollars on a bogus university. Research that and post back.

Let me take a wild guess as to what happened. You bought a car, thought you had financing approved, dealer calls you weeks later and tells you they couldnt get you financed and you now owed thousands for use of the car you thought you purchased. Does that sum it up?

bronco67 06-07-2016 08:23 AM

If you think about it, the people who were dumb enough to sign up for this "university" are the same flavor of dumb-ass who is falling for his presidential bid.

"Come with me...I'll solve all your problems...I'm the best. Blah Blah".

thanks markham! you've just followed the liberal lynch mob rule i was pointing out but you're too obtuse to even realize you've just proven my post, regardless of republicans.

but you also show another rule of liberal lynch mobsters, you seem to think that if the republicans do it, it's very very wrong, but if you do it, it's very very right [because the republicans already did it, because left is better, etc et al on&on, blah blah]. a big rule.

that's was a big part of it, they also 4 squared the shit out of me so that it was impossible for me at the time to see the amount i was getting financed, so i overpaid on the total deal as well as having to shit a lot more cash later.

Something tells me you love financing your own demise. Or is it that you love others to go down first so you can watch?

Don't worry They will get you too. The Grovelling sycophants are always last to go down when no longer useful.
Just takes a little longer. ...those few moments of pleasure watching your fellow man suffer won't make up for the extra pain of knowing and waiting for your own fate

My recommendation: Go First..!

Oh Wait... You already are!
Nevermind :(

That's your fault for agreeing to a deal, with out seeing a paperwork. They can't give you the paperwork then you don't give them money or take the car..
