Yet here you are saying I am "completely clueless to facts" without bringing any facts.

I haven't been following Hillary's career but I have yet to hear the Republican party come forward with one bad thing Hillary has done other then Benghazi and emails.

Again I ask exactly what has Hillary done wrong / bad / poorly while working in the Senate or State Department?

Rochard, he's not even a part of our industry. He's a ghost too, pretty sure he has more than one extra fake account as well. You're wasting your time with him, he's just here to instigate & judge while hiding everything about himself like a coward pussy bitch.

REVIVING THE AMERICAN IDEA

Seasoned, clear-eyed leadership can take us far. We must draw on all the dimensions of American power and reject false choices driven by ideology rather than facts. An America that rebuilds its strength and recovers its principles will be an America that can spread the blessings of security and opportunity around the world.

In 1825, 50 years after the Battle of Bunker Hill, the great secretary of state Daniel Webster laid the cornerstone of the Bunker Hill Monument that stands today in Boston. He exulted in the simple fact that America had survived and flourished, and he celebrated "the benefit which the example of our country has produced, and is likely to produce, on human freedom and human happiness." He gloried not in American power but rather in the power of the American idea, the idea that "with wisdom and knowledge men may govern themselves." And he urged his audience, and all Americans, to maintain this example and "take care that nothing may weaken its authority with the world."

Two centuries later, our economic power and military might have grown beyond anything that our forefathers could have imagined. But that power and might can only be sustained and renewed if we can regain our authority with the world, the authority not simply of a large and wealthy nation but of the American idea. If we can live up to that idea, if we can exercise our power wisely and well, we can make America great again

He is blocked; I shouldn't be reading his posts but sometimes I cannot resist.

In the past ten or fifteen years, I have voted both Republican and Democratic. I don't believe one side is better than the other, but instead vote for who I believe is the right person. Yet in the past seven years I have just failed to understand the Republican party.

Obamacare is a great example. Everyone agrees we need some kind of a healthcare system, and two parties should have come together to fix this. The Democrats took a Republican plan (Romenycare!), made it their own, and the Republicans fought it every step of the way. After Obamacare got pushed through, the Republicans vowed to kill it. So this could only go one of two ways - Either they fail to kill Obamacare and look bad, or they kill Obamacare and tens of millions suddenly have no healthcare. Where is the logic in this? Either way they lose.

Could the Republican party have picked a worse candidate? We haven't even had the first debate and he's losing by double digits.

Yes, in 2007.... When the United States was being dragged down to it's worst economic recession in fifty years....

Obama care is a big reason I was going to go Republican again this election. The way they pushed it through so it was HUGE windfall for insurance & drug companies turned me off. It needs to be drastically reformed to single payer. Drug & insurance companies have fucked us for 40 years and the gravy train is over.

The Republican party picked the worst candidate possible; a scamming crook with thousands of lawsuits who's lost federal cases and has three OPEN federal cases. Says how fucked the GOP is now.

here's a good reason why it's a bad idea to block people.

the republican party didn't pick Trump. they've been not picking him for a year now. primary voters picked Trump.

if you didn't have me on ignore, you'd have just learned something. :)

I was high fiving hillary. Why does it seem like you think making america great is a bad thing? She should own it if she truly came up with her opponent's slogan. :2 cents:

I am not for Hillary.

I am, however, completely in the "never Trump" camp. Long before Trump got into politics I thought he was an arrogant, self centered, pompous ass. He isn't a self made billionaire; He got his money from his parents and frankly he doesn't own anything - the banks seem to own everything he claims to own. He might be a millionaire but only barely so; He refuses to release his tax records so we'll never know.

Obamcare has it's flaws. However, no matter what it would have had it's flaws. It's too big and too complicated to get right on the very first try, and even more so when you have two sides of the government fighting over it.

As for the Republican party picking the wrong candidate.... I thought McCain was okay, although he was much better when he was younger. Pairing him with Palin was freaking insane. I think Romney would have done well, but honestly he was the wrong person at the wrong time - This was during the economic issues, and he wasn't the solution but instead he was part of the problem. Romney did what the banks did - set it up so that he could not fail while blowing through someone else's money. I liked Ryan.

There are a handful of Republicans I would have voted for over Hillary or Sanders. But none of them came close.

True. I've been told that Obamacare is like a "gateway policy" a starting point to end up at Medicare for all / single payer. When the rest of the western world has affordable healthcare, and we don't, you know there's a problem.

It would be top entertainment tho if both hillary and trump went to jail...it would be bush vs bernie and bush would win and it would be back to the future all over again

Trump listed no income on that form, yet he deducted $626,264 as expenses. His New York City tax return also showed no income, but listed slightly less in expenses: $619,227.

He spent $12,000 a week and never got a bill. Is he stupid, walks around with wads of cash, or crooked?

This is why conservatism is a failed logic. Republicans need to go back to being fiscal conservatives and leave all this non sense hate agenda in the past.

Republican ideology is to make the rich richer, while saying you to can be rich. While making sure it rarely happens and making millions poorer. Trump has plugged into that with migration and imports. The general public earning less than $50,000 know both have made their life worse. Yes they can buy a shirt for $20, but can't get a job that pays enough, because the shirt was made in China.

And should they be well off enough, they can have their lawn mown or house extension built by a migrant. While most can't get those jobs because migrants undercut them.

Their voter base has realised they're being screwed and expected to vote for more screwing. All their candidates were offering more of the same and the exception was Trump. The problem is he only has answers idiots believe.

China has enough US debt and expected to buy more to fuck the US. A wall won't stop enough to make a change.

Unless both parties wake up, they will both lose or the US will continue to decline for most Americans.
