Let's try this again. There are multiple interviews with her. Her statement changes in each one. Just tell me how this statement from her about not recording the shooting makes any sense and we can drop it.

How about you sit in a car and have someone get shot to death next to you with your kid in the back.. Then tell me if you recall everything that happened with your first statement..or if your story might chang a bit as a day or two passes.

Isn't that the truth.. They will justify a cops over reaction as "heat of the moment" but will vilify the vitim for "doing it wrong" in the situation of being the person getting shot at..
