No, the alternative is for the FBI to do its fucking job. In almost every single one of the attacks in the US, the attackers raised red flags and were often questioned by the FBI.

one of my aunts is of Japanese descent. her parents met in an internment camp in BC. when her dad died a part of his funeral was dedicated to peeps talking about the great shame he experienced, a young man starting out in life and loving his country and being labelled a traitor and threat. he carried that shame throughout his life, even though it was not his to bear.

All these are very preventable, they can easily be reduced. Big Business won't allow it. Preventable causes of death. Smoking and obesity are easy to cut down, a blanket ban on TV and Movies featuring people smoking and drinking. Mad Men hs to be funded by the Tobacco and Whisky Industry. Regulate what food vendors are allowed to put into meals. Salt, fat, sugar etc. Think of the long term savings in life and money.

Limit the power of weapons civilians are allowed to own, get stuck into providing better and cheaper healthcare.
