why would they need to hide? devoted fans will vote for them no matter what, cause there is obviously nothing unusual or wrong with racking up 100+ million from "speaking fees" and other questionable income sources... :helpme

and Clintons are doing 20x that... but if you don't see anything unusual or wrong with that, then I guess all is good... :thumbsup

When Bush left the White House his approval ratings were so low even his own party wanted nothing to do with him. When Bill Clinton left the White House his approval rating was nearly 70% so he was in serious demand.

Bush's <1M/year income was BEFORE he became president.... Obama earned a relatively modest income of something like $200k/year before becoming president too...

while Clintons earn $20M/year before becoming president (with significant portion of that attributable to Hillary herself)

just pointing out that Clinton's income before becoming president is unusually high among recent presidents... so it's a bit naive to think that she has any real understanding of problems facing the middle class...

Republicans preaching against people making money, never thought I'd see the day.

Cheney made hundreds of millions off the Iraq war with his Halliburton & Bush is paid annually by them to this day.

Nothing to see here

I never said she has any connection with regular working people. I was simply pointing out that Bill Clinton was insanely popular when he left office which helped him get paid handsomely to make speeches. We will see the same thing from Obama. Obama isn't as popular as Clinton was, but in this day and age his favorably is good. Many places will pay him large sums to come talk to him.

Also, a lot of these speeches after the fact are, in effect, repayment for the president or his administration doing something that benefited those who are now paying him.

And in Bill's case, his fees started spiking 2-3x his previous fees the day Hillary became Sec of State.

I think you are way off here. Compare what Bush made in 2000 to what Clinton made his first year in office, and then you have a fair comparison. Then compare what Bush makes now compared to what the Clintons make now. Then factor in that Bush is Bush, one income, while the Clintons are Bill and Hillary - a former President AND a former Secretary of State.

What they made before they ran isn't too important. What tax rate they paid is.

Hillary - and Bill - have zero connection to the "average American". Hillary said a few months ago that she hasn't driven a car in over twenty years.

But Trump is just the same. I just spent the past hour doing yard work. Can you imagine Trump mowing his lawn?

Very true. Regardless of what shady things she may have pulled while in office, Bill himself cashed in big as soon as she took that job and my understanding is that she has cashing on speaking fees since stepping down from that position.

We're pretty much the highest most egregiously taxed herd of masses anywhere on the planet when living here in the states at this point. Meanwhile other countries with similar tax burdens on everyone at least fuck around and provide health care and some shit

Am I in favor of the government providing services like those and all kinds of everything? Fuck the hell no. My point is, if they're going to rape the same money from our bleeding assess that those other countries steal from their victims I mean citizens, where the fuck is our health care and all that other fancy shit then?

I say we stop stealing so much money from everyone who is a productive anything and stop hemorrhaging money out to lowlife garbages and meanwhile we stop letting other countries fucking ass rape us and then we get our debt system the fuck under control and in the interim we could stop taking all of these muslim refugees and here's a shocker HOW ABOUT MUSLIM COUNTRIES TAKING THEM IN- wouldn't that be weird

We're mainly just paying debt with these taxes as far as I am aware, anyway. Meanwhile as we sink into debt we're stuck, what, $20,000,000,000,000
That's not twenty big ones that's twenty huge ones .. four of that we bled off in Iraq and we couldn't even have the sense to take a position in Iraqi oil when we were right there But
OH DON'T WORRY - PEAK OIL IS A NON ISSUE IN 2016 ... right .. because our government is ever going to be in favor of NOT making billions for themselves by steering us into an oil covered death while they all laugh at their bank balances

And now here everyone is saying that we need to privatize everything
Yeah that's what we need after finding ourselves TWENTY TRILLION IN DEBT while so many roads and bridges and airports and schools and who knows what FALL THE FUCK TO SHAMBLES

So now that the money is spent like a giant 900 foot tall drunken sailor with a platinum and gold covered cocaine and jet plane habit befell our nation it's about time for them to turn it over and say HERE - YOU DO IT

Hey that's great .. it's as of we paid a million dollars to have a modest home built for us by someone we trusted who knew what they were doing so a few years into the project they've not only spent our million dollars but they also spent another $99,994,000 signing our name to it all and they turn to us as say, hey I think I'll let you handle building this house! You're welcome !

What's really going to save US is that we have another 100,000,000,000,000 in unfunded liabilities
But don't worry we can keep stealing from social security every year just as we have for decades because that will prop up our budget to the point where we're only going into a horrendous amount of new debt on a yearly basis is all

Never fear though because our fractional paper dollar is worth less and less by the day
Some more good news is that growth is usually around .0000000000% these days so that's awesome
The REAL unemployment rate is only about 99% as well so that helps

Just watch football and play video games and chase women like a square like everyone does and maybe vote democrats in because they can tell you how much lift a unicorn horn generates at any given altitude and they can tell you very loudly and certainly

Don't worry

1. Democrats care about black people or Mexicans
2. Democrats care about women
3. Democrats are compassionate and caring
4. Democrats don't get anyone killed
5. Unicorns can fly when listening to R Kelly

Meanwhile we have republicans to give us another healthy dose of idiocy and horriffing things I won't even get started on

I think no one should complain about the current standard of living in the states if you're not dicking around fucking off at some $10 job OR too lazy to work you can live like a king would have not THAT long ago in history

What people BETTER be complaining and taking about and understanding is that this hindenberg simply cannot titanic FOREVER
THE SUN DON'T SHINE FOREVER
So everyone better get wise before it's too late
Which won't happen so fuck everything

MrMaxwell 08-18-2016 09:42 PM

WoW
That was a long rant
I should be running this country
That would teach everyone a lesson - that's for sure
