I worked out today for the 1st time in months :1orglaugh I'm not big but I did get out of shape this summer so even though I'm below average weight it started to look bad - like skinny fat. I do feel better after working out this morning though :)

The only problem now is maintaining the workouts :1orglaugh

Good for you! It can be very hard to get back into exercising, but when you do, yes, you feel much better for it.

I shipped my kid half way across the country to start college giving me more quiet time around the house to work. I picked a new desk, but have yet to put it together. I also ordered the replacement tail fins and a new vintage silver lady hood ornament for my Cadillac, which will be getting painted in 3 weeks.
