Yes, your funds are safe with Paxum.

The only Paxum services that are affected by this situation are Check Withdrawal and ACH/EFT Withdrawal.

You can still send and receive transfers without issue.
Paxum cards are operating normally
Wire withdrawal is operating normally
Add funds by wire is operating normally

ACH (which is EFT withdrawal to US bank accounts) will be back ASAP with EFT reinstated shortly after that.

Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding, we greatly appreciate it.

Pornhub's asking for paxum payment not cheque no longer, I take it they don't know about Paxum being chexx either?

URGENT: PAYMENT METHOD CHANGES
Hey Guys!

We are currently in the process of switching check providers and cannot issue payments via check at the moment. Please sign up to Paxum and change your method of payment in your Amateur Settings tab in order to avoid any delays on future payments.

Paxum is a form of e-wallet and the processing time is much shorter than check!

We will be reaching out via email to all users with check as their current method of payment with more information.

If you have not cashed your August check, please send us an email at [email protected].

Thank you, Mia
Also, I take it C4S doesn't use chexx?

For Payoneer... it looks like they're completely getting rid of all of their options and forcing everyone to put their money on cards.

Quote:

As we communicated earlier this week, the sudden termination of PacNet/Chexx services has impacted a number of your payees and the payment methods now available to them.
This Thursday (September 29) we will update the relevant account holders via email, advising that they can no longer receive payments directly to their bank account and will need to change their method of payment to a Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard®. The message will include a personal, unique registration link to register and change their method of payment.

Please do not direct any payee to register for a card via Payoneer?s website (www.payoneer.com). Payoneer will not detect that this is an existing user and will create a new account. This will complicate the process and confuse the payee. As soon as we issue the card, we will reprocess any pending payments to the card and deliver the card to your payee via courier at Payoneer?s expense.

During this transition, there is a likelihood that payments may fail in cases where users? new payment methods are pending approval. We strongly recommend that you reprocess any failed payments at a later time to allow the process to play out.

We realize that the situation is challenging and are doing our best to minimize the inconvenience to your payees. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this. If there is anything we can provide to assist with payee inquiries you may face, please let us know and do not hesitate to reach out.

Not everyone, only the affected accounts for people in countries where they used Chexx Inc for the transfers, according to Payoneer the affected users is very minimal.

Would be interesting - they don't even issue cards for businesses, only for individuals.

Someone mentioned AWE as using chexx in the US, and while they did before these days my checks come from MTACC Inc. just deposited a couple today and hopefully no chexx connection and they clear ok

Ugh I hope that's not right because I just signed up for them this week and they just approved my linked US bank account for withdraws.

I have a check from Chexx that I received on the 15th of September here in Canada. Should I try depositing it?

have you had funds in your Chexx/Raven account and/or bank account frozen? In either case you have to deal directly with OFAC, that's the entity that has authorized the freezing of funds

you have to apply for a license to release the blocked funds, you can do that here: https://licensing.ofac.treas.gov/App...roduction.aspx

once you submit the app you'll get a case number the same day, you can use as needed when contacting them

if you've already submitted the license then apologies for retreading ground you've covered, figured I would in case anyone else comes across the thread and needs it down the line

If you haven't submitted the license though, do it. Otherwise you'll be waiting forever.

I also have the names of a couple lawyers who specialize in this. My own lawyer was helpful but this isn't his area of expertise, it is with the other two and they were willing to give me quite a bit of info about the process, without even charging me which I thought was fucking amazing

If you like PM me here with your email and I'll hit you up, I can pass on their names if you want legal help, or maybe either way we can exchange info as we both go through the process?

Damn dude, good luck :Oh crap

putas 11-19-2016 12:17 AM

Hello Im with a third party payment processor they are in charge of that, and they told me they don't know when the funds will be sent to me.

fuck me, are you serious? so to clarify you didn't have your own Chexx/Raven account you used to send out payments to others? some IPSP is using their own Chexx-related issues to justify not paying you the earnings from your website?

and they stated they "don't know" when they are going to pay you? just unreal, that is completely unprofessional.

if they are holding your funds for the reason that they don't have a method to pay you, I find that kind of ridiculous at this point. It's been almost 2 months since the OFAC sanctions were levied (September 22). There are lots of other options out there, every other site/service I'm aware of has found one by now.

if their reason is that they can't pay out the sum owed to you that was frozen until they receive it, that is pure fuckery. I'm disgusted by companies that adopt this attitude, it's a completely unethical way to operate. Their contract is with you, issues that affect them are not your concern or responsibility.

I'm curious as to who your processor is, if you don't mind would you post it here or PM me? I can guess who it is, just don't want to libel a company based on a hunch

I used to use IPSPs (CCBill and Zombaio) so I'm pretty familiar with them. Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm missing something, but as I see it there is no legitimate reason for an IPSP to be withholding your funds and using Chexx as an excuse

sorry you're going through this :/

babeterminal 11-21-2016 02:38 AM

ruth i have private messaged you

apologies for bumping this thread, wanted to do so to set the record straight about chexx and its employees.

I had zero expectation of chexx honoring their debt to me, figured 100% I had to go through OFAC to have any hope of getting paid back. Instead Chexx sent me a wire that arrived yesterday for the full amount they owed. I'm still in shock that this is over.

figured this post was important to write since it's so common for businesses/people to not live up to their obligations to clients/partners. we all see threads about non-payment here and on the other industry forums far too often (fuck, just see a few posts above) and I don't want Chexx and its employees to be unfairly lumped in with that ish.

not sure if Chexx is closing, assume so but either way can't speak highly enough of how I was treated by the company and the peeps who work there

so yeah, just wanted to set the record straight on that

peace =)

WOW ... as you said this was derserving a post ... I agree that's a big news for many .
Glad to hear there is some hope in the air for all of you who have funds Frozen with all that situation. :thumbsup

I can assume if they threat each and anyone this way, they plan to get back in business when all this will be over.
With the old name or a new one their intention seems to be clear with a moved like this.

babeterminal 12-04-2016 01:24 PM
