I saw yesterday that the message disappeared in the dashboard, does it means everything is back to normal?

i put in a stop check request last week was told "it has been pasted to accounts" so i asked should i deposit the check, told i will receive a reply shortly, so left it for over a week and logged in to check if the money had been returned to my account, no
so checked messages and apparently on the 30th they replied, saying deposit the check and let them know if it cashes and closed the ticket, i got no email or notification of this, |

I got my wire today. First it went missing and then when they found it they returned it to my PX account so I had to send the wire once again. Well.... anyway after waiting 28 days for my wire I finally got it and I hope this was just a one time thing :)

This Ruth is just plain useless. Takes forever to communicate and when she does its just excuses and BS, unless its something VERY simple for her.
I've had one lost Paxum card, a new one is supposed to be being processed, but they have waited 3 weeks to then ask me for some documents ! Fucking morons ! It should be getting printed by now ! Now they have had said documents 72+ hours and have not responded and neither has Ruth. So my card is sitting in a pending state and i have now been without a card for 11 weeks !!!! What Ruth did do was offer me a free EFT, but those don't even fucking work right now according to this thread, and when money IS wired, it seems to get lost ! Sponsors need to add an alternative to Paxum so all their bullshit can be avoided. |
