Ruth haved Face the music up to now... Give the lady a Break for god sakes. I understand many have trouble since the last major event but for someone on the hot water like " paxum " and Rep Ruth " i think Ruth have been up to her SH..t :thumbsup so far. Thumbs up to Ruth and Paxum to At Least Not run hiding and leave those thread with no answer. Keep it up with a Forum while running a business, is not the easiest task.

I my self would not want to be working replying to all those thousands email all day long with the same question, since the raids lol ...

That happens when you relay on third party, that is something what cannot be done promptly as you need to do first due diligence before picking new provider.

Yes I am From Canada and I know she is too, but frankly I don't care where she's from, I'm a not a very patriotic dude, all I know is that every time I sent her an email she's answered me quickly. May be i was lucky or may be I was just nice with her: you will attract way more bees with honey than with vinegar!

And if you saw me say she's the best it means you also saw a bunch of others say the same, mixed with others who are pissed off I gotta give you that.

But don't take it on me I am not Paxum, I just always had a good experience with Ruth that's all.

I also read a lot about people complaining about their support, I do agree that their phone support is shitty and useless, but may be I was lucky but every time I opened a ticket it was answered under 24hrs and every time I submitted documents their were approved fast.

Again I never faced a big issue with them like a card lost in the mail or a lost wire or a document not being approved for a long period a time.... If you are not happy with Ruth just hit up Chris.

Chris got in touch with me a few days back and Ruth is also now replying in a timely fashion to emails. So a big improvement, at least for now.

Card is now printing so hopefully i will get this one and before end next of month.

well, it appears to me that if you want ANYTHING from paxum chris is your contact. Going through their website CS is like a triple root canal. I wish I had something nice to say because I would love to use them, but I am not a contortionist nor a circus animal so I can not get through all the BS to get signed up and actually get a card...let alone ever see a single penny. Congrats to the winners who can use these guys with no problems. Go suck on it if you have any problems.

Pretty sad you couldn't of just let everyone know that from the start...

Payoneer is much much better at least the $$ is SAFE with them not so much with paxum

Does this include a replacement check service ?, why can not paxum issue their own checks ?
