Man oh man, of all of the banks I have ever dealt with in Canada, the only one worse than RBC was Bank of Montreal (settling my mother's affairs after she passed away). TD was by far the best to deal with -- it wasn't even close.

Then again, I may be biased, I've been a Canada Trust user since they had Johnny Cash Machines in Ontario in the 80's.

Totally. They could have easily posted details in a 'Latest News' or 'Important Announcements' section on their front page. It would save everyone fucking around, looking for answers.

But it is totally expected. Their customer service is shambolic at best.

I have been waiting for a new Paxum card for 10 weeks. First one never arrived. Now they have spent 3 fucking weeks to date, just to 'submit' my card. Hasn't even got the 'printing' stage. And, now they have asked for proof of address docs before they can proceed any further !!!!!

No they don't, my paxum card is issued by choicebank in belize, my payoneer is issued by wirecard in germany.

Was it always issued by Wirecard for you ?
My Payoneer has always been Choice Bank since 2012, renewed card January 2016 was same.

Captain here. I saw before how payoneer using wirecard, however wirecard can only issue cards for EU territory, so for anything else they still need to use choice bank.

Just withdrew money from Paxum via Wire. Costing too much. Thought of changing to the card now thinking again.

Glad I'm out, getting paid is becoming a huge problem.
