The whole world has been saying that for 18 months. It's amazing to me that nobody caught on after he knocked off the Republicans.

Never underestimate the enemy.

I hear ya. And to think they started at 12am. They are looking up under desks and behind trees looking for extra votes. :1orglaugh

NC called for Trump.

Crazy stuff. So far he is winning everything that he had to win.

Throw Wisconsin on the Trump list as well.

I thought I heard because Colorado's Hillarys, Winconsin's hers too?

Tons of illegal immigration in CO. I was expecting the "build a wall effect" to drive the white vote harder there. Perhaps it did and maybe the mexican-americans came out hard as well...

mineistaken 11-08-2016 08:51 PM

Sly, not so sure about MI now, heard what CNN head said about the county where Detroit is? They said most of the votes from that county came from "less democratic" areas. City of Detroit only to come.
Huge county and huge city...

the only reason trump is getting this far is because hillary is such a terrible candidate. had this been 2008 or 2012 and going up against obama, he'd never stand a chance. i think trump talks a lot of shit and is not the kind of person i'd want representing what is supposed to be the best country in the world. hillary represents a lot of what is wrong with politics, so you're fucked either way in my opinion. trump doesn't represent the political elite but i still think he'd make a terrible president. had the 'anti-candidate' been more likable and not so abrasive, i'd say they would of won but with trump you get a lot of baggage so the US ends up with the status quo.

What also happens is they tend to interview, and talk with, people that share the same opinion and talk down on everyone that doesn't. Meaning those that have different opinions do not want to talk to them. Meaning nobody has any clue what people are really thinking because people are too afraid to talk. That is not freedom of speech. That is ludicrous bull shit.

I personally do not know one person in my life that has been walking around saying they support Trump. Yet look at the scoreboard.

I recently said something about Hillary that I did not like. It was assumed that I am voting for Trump and am therefore a misogynist racist.

They should both go back to the sewers they came from. My only hope is that this creates some sort of "reset" and we can work together as a nation instead of this stupid "us against them" mentality. Unfortunately those are probably very high hopes. ;-)

I think the guy who has to be most excited about this so far is Mike Pence. He quit as gov of Indiana to run with Trump and I'm sure the non-traditional campaign made him so uncomfortable and fearful of his future.

Of course, and the people are fed up with that shit. She still might win of course, but I think this 'fuck up' of an election, and the next 4 years no matter how rough general panic makes it, will be a blessing in disguise for future generations :2 cents: People are looking way too closely, at only this moment in time. Zoom out people...

After 240 yrs, despite all the chipping, cheating, and executive orders, the people are still the Supreme law in the USA

She is getting all of her guaranteed states, that's not enough.

My earlier projections are still on track. Trump only needs a handful of randoms if my calls continue to stay on track.

Nobody was going to beat Obama in 2008. That was a special campaign.

Obama's second term was a disaster. Nobody saw that coming. So Romney playing it safe and going low key in 2012 was never going to work.

NatalieK 11-08-2016 09:06 PM

North Carolina puts trump on 187 :(

I agree, the dems won't make the mistake in 4 years to run someone who is so deep in so many political fiascos. if they try and re-elect hillary, they will surely lose. if the republicans or democrats can get someone who doesn't have a political history, isn't a billionaire, someone who hasn't made a fool of themselves on television and interviews over the decades, they would easily win. the "anti-candidate" is the future I guess. you can't put the genie back in the bottle.

A lot of the Shillary states did that and refreshed after a while. Didn't have that happen for any of the Trump states though.
edit: NVM, they're still blank.

California counts fast

Sly 11-08-2016 09:13 PM

They gave her CA and HI so fast because they were a given anyway AND more importantly it looks better on the scoreboard. ;-)

NatalieK 11-08-2016 09:14 PM

If Hillary can get Texas, she can run through...

This is like another Brexit atm, and you guys don't want to follow Farage :2 cents:

Trump wins North Carolina!

UNSTUMPFABLE!!

Matt 26z 11-08-2016 09:15 PM

It's over. Trump wins.

Even if Hillary takes everything she was supposed to take, she ends up with 269... 1 short.

She now has no path to win even if she takes PA.

noshit 11-08-2016 09:15 PM

Are you 100% sure on MI and WI? Blue counties still threatening, no?

I spoke *slightly* too soon.

Hillary has an extremely narrow path... She has to win all of her expected states (includes WI and MI) plus PA and NH.

If she does all of that the 4 NH votes put her over the top.

edit: I'm probably off on this. lol It's going to be close...

are you changing your support in real time?

Matt 26z 11-08-2016 09:30 PM

Here is something more definitive that I worked out....

Hillary 197

If she wins these...
MN 10
IA 6 (actually leaning Trump right now, but whatever)
WI 10
MI 16
PA 20
ME 4
... she ends up 263

These are leaning Trump right now:
WA 12
UT 6
AZ 11
GA 16
NH 4

So she has to take all of the first group plus one of WA, AZ and GA.

arock10 11-08-2016 09:32 PM

Fox just called Wisconsin for trump

NatalieK 11-08-2016 09:33 PM

this 50/50 nation thing can bring awful backlashes...

I've already heard of young children crying in case Trump takes over. Other nationalities are concerned how this is going to change things in America.

It's 228 to Trump & 209 to Clinton.
