The Wisconsin Board of Elections twitter stated they were waiting for her to file, then notified that she had filed. If she was ineligible to file, they would have said so on their twitter and to news organizations.

It's also inaccurate to say that the left doesn't vote for whoever the candidate put in front of them as demonstrated by hillary for example. Only 1% voted for Stein which sure as hell couldn't be seen as a right-wing candidate as opposed to 3% that voted for Johnson which is more likely to garner Republican votes. Wisconsin was below the .5% threshold, a recount is reasonable and assured. PA and MI will require legal action and a ruling from a judge.

If Wisconsin is determined to have been tampered with, and if the nature of the evidence is similar in those two states, a judge will allow the recount. If not, then it will not go forward.

Wisconsin could conceivably go to Clinton, but PA and MI will not. In the end, it will be more fodder for Democratic division and a side show designed to avoid acceptance.
