The FBI never claimed it wasn't Russia at that time. Don't twist the facts, they knew the attacks originated from multiple countries IP zones and couldn't lay blame at that time as to who was behind it.

I don't recall the FBI ever stating that Hillary's server was hacked. I did hear Director Comey say that there was not any evidence that her server had been hacked. I have now googled it to veryify what I thought.
