I used to be the opposite - huge tea drinker and now that I have a full time office job, I've switched over to coffee Even though tea keeps me more alert, I find coffee with milk doesn't make me as hungry & thirsty as drinking tea (particularly green tea) makes me feel throughout the day

Earl Grey tea in the morning and iced black or green tea in the afternoon. No sweetener. I like the bitter taste.
