Corporations that are incorporated in Washington DC are listed under their business license verification system here: https://eservices.dcra.dc.gov/BBLV/Default.aspx

I searched for "US Inc"....no relevant result.

It's been probably 7-8 years since I've looked it up. It's either District of Columbia or Delaware. Like I said I've posted it all here before. I'll do a couple of searches and see if I can find it.

I already told you where to find it. You're not going to find a United States of America nor a "US Inc" business license.. You will find United States of America incorporated as well as Barack H. Obama, as well as Federal Reserve on dnb.com.. It's really a silly argument anyway if you actually think about it. Have you not ever passed into a city and see a sign that says 'Incorporated in 1776" Since you are splitting hairs I used 1776 as an example. I just did a LLC for one of my businesses. If I did it there in order for me to be listed on that site I would have to go down and apply for a business license for my llc. Incorporating doesn't automatically give you a business license. Besides why would they need a business license when it's only real purpose is to collect taxes.

Here's a little something to chew on while I dig up my old stuff

28 U.S. Code § 3002 - Definitions
(15) “United States” means—
(A) a Federal corporation;
(B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or
(C) an instrumentality of the United States.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/28/3002

It's not a multiple choice question. It is however D all of the above..

To expand even further. The purpose of incorporating would be a form of protection for the actual people involved actions. Just as the CEO of Exon isn't prosecuted for an oil spill because he his a man acting on behalf of a corporation. Obama can't be prosecuted because he is a man acting on behalf of a corporation. But it appears they even take that a step further and Incorporate President Barack H. Obama. So Obama the man is acting on behalf of the corporation President Barack H. Obama which is operating on behalf of United States Of America.

I already went to dnb.com There is no listing for US, Inc under Washington DC. That is why I asked you what state you think "US Inc" is incorporated in.

You forgot to quote the phrase immediately prior...which is: "As used in this chapter:"

Which means, the US is treated as a corporation for that specific chapter only (CHAPTER 176 of Title 28 –Federal Debt Collection Procedures.). Not in all aspects of its existence.

There are a number of organizations that are not corporations, but still get credit ratings. This Mongolian Bank for example...it's an LLC, not a corporation. Bbut it still has a credit rating: https://www.moodys.com/credit-rating...ting-809645253

The link you cited was this: https://businesscredit.dnb.com/coo?c...2kIim0edSV7oMb

Nowhere on that page, that you linked to, does it say "executive office of the united states government 1600 pennsylvania ave nw washington, DC - 20006"

Here is the page that you linked to. At the very top it most certainly DOES NOT say "executive office of the united states government 1600 pennsylvania ave nw washington, DC - 20006"

Search the term United States Of America yourself in District of Columbia. May have been delaware. Not checking again. I'm sitting in the jacuzzi, drinking beer and listening to floyd for he rest of the night. All municipalities, States, and national governments are incorporated. If you need to, drive out to the city limits a look at a sign. Night.

Because you lack the balls to not vote in alligators time after time. You have to expect what's going on. Trump shows you what your votes can do.

If you want the swamp drained Clinton was the last person you should have voted for. Trump was second to last. At least he promised to drain the swamp. Whereas Clinton is up to her eyes in the swamp.
