The way I would speculate is they probably gave her alot shit for not going, then she probably told them to go fuck themself. So it was her decision technically.

This happened rather suddenly, so chances are everybody hasn't had time to iron everything out. Hosting, signup page, editing different versions of the tour and where they go, etc.

Now I am seeing what looks like a broken version of her member area at http://www.ninaknowsbest.com ... a second ago, it was her tour entry, but the link inside didn't work. Looks like there is indeed stuff to be hammered-out. A shame for everyone.
