The documents are dated June 20 2016. One can assume this is completion and delivery date.

The author claims he went to the FBI with it. So given his statement one can assume they've had it since or maybe even before completion because he said as he got deeper into it he went to them.

Now if you want to claim (imagine) some of the information has been changed since then go right ahead. That means his original has been tampered with so he is also a innocent bystander.

He wasn't being paid.. After he realized the scope of what he was finding, he stopped turning stuff over to Hillary's campaign or the Anti-Trump Republicans, who ever he was working for at that time. He then kept working on this with out pay and turned the info directly over to his contact in the FBI and then MI6.

Also this report isn't the only one. There are other groups which were digging up info on Trump. A second group has come forward claiming they found dirty info about Trump and handed it over to the FBI before the election. They are claiming the FBI also sat on their intel doing nothing with it.

There are other reports out there and some back up this info and have other things as well. Trump will go down over this and heads will likely roll in the FBI if Comey tried to cover it up. There are still unanswered questions as to why Rudy Giuliani knew about the FBI investigation of Hillary before it was released. Someone in the FBI obviously leaked it to him..

Steele and the other group are both claiming Comeny and the New York FBI office had very close ties to Giuliani and that's the reason they sat on the reports doing nothing. This is why Reid directly called Comeny's office out prior to the election because he knew they were sitting on this info. Reid was on the special intelligence committee in Congress and knew this stuff was out there.

It's all a house of cards and it will tumble down. Far too many people already know there is smoke & fire. It will find it's way out.

The time line of all this stuff is slowly falling into place and backing up each story. You can choose to pretend it's not real or you can look at stuff and see that things are not right with this. Who knows how much of these reports are real or can be verified, but what's clear is more than one group was finding bad info on Trump and the FBI seemed to do nothing with it for reasons unknown at this time to the public.

1. It's not "approval ratings"...it's Job Approval from a new poll (one of the many polls that were proved completely wrong this year).
He hasn't taken office yet, and we don't know how that poll is weighted between Republicans and Democrats.

That's a great question. I don't have any answer to it.

During the campaign I kept seeing all these polls saying Trump was losing in a landslide. And I wondered "how?" when he is drawing huge crowds and seems to be saying the things that working people wanted to hear.

So I looked at a CNN Poll. Clicked on the details of the poll.
Found out that they had only polled 500 people! And the poll was "weighted" by 11 points of Democrat respondents.
So it gave Hillary a 7 point lead in the election.

I posted here on GFY about that, and wondered how on Earth that could be representative of a diverse country of over 320 Million people.

Turns out it isn't at all.

Checked some of the other polls and found the same thing. They all polled 500 to 1,500 people. And they didn't reveal WHERE the people lived.

You know...if you only polled people in California...Trump's "job approval rating" would be negative 10. lol

So I really don't know the answer.
I think polling is probably a lot like using Alexa to figure out traffic of other sites.
It might give you a general idea...but it's not always correct.

On Trump's numbers...my guess is if you polled blue collar workers in the Rust Belt (the states that won him the Presidency) say Pittsburgh, PA. You would see vastly different numbers than you would see in the inner city of Philadelphia, PA

But who knows what predetermined result a pollster is looking for and the geographical areas of the country they choose to get the result they kind of wanted in the first place.

My guess is that Trump's own pollsters could get results showing him at 100% if they wanted to.
And a polling company that has people in it that oppose Republicans could get results showing him doing poorly.

Well Hillary won by 3 Million votes, 2% over Trump. So the polls saying she's won the vote were correct.

We all know she won in a landslide in New York and California. Millions and millions of votes advantage in those two areas.

And the election proved it.

Winning Pennsylvania was huge. But he lost the city of Philadelphia in a landslide. Won the rest of the state.

So you can't base a national election on regional voting. It has to reflect all the states (as we know).

So yeah...the polling WAS correct because that's the people the polling company's probably poll. New York and California is where the media is based in and both LA and NYC consider themselves to be THE center of the universe (and in a lot of ways they are).

And I agree...I think we need to take them with a grain of salt. They show us an idea of where things might be. But only 500 to 1,500 people polled and we have no idea WHERE the people who were polled live or their political persuasion making it difficult to judge a poll's validity.

The entire media...ALL of them including Fox News thought that Hillary was winning in a landslide because of polls.

I heard Van Jones on CNN the other day saying that they (the media) need to stop depending on polls and start getting people out of the bubble and into the heartland to talk to the real working people across the country.

As far as disappointment... I'd have to give that a few years to see what happens. Just like I did personally when Obama took office (I voted for him).

Anything he does in the first couple of years that doesn't jibe with his campaign promises, I would attribute to him being in a position to see more intel and have a clearer picture of things.

But those would be details and it would need a couple of years to see if what he assesses is correct or not.

His overall economic message is the one I voted on. And I don't see why anyone would not want to have companies repatriate trillions in cash and bring jobs back to the U.S.

The CIA has been investigating allegations of Trump's team being paid by the Russians. The investigation started in late 2016 when an un-named "Baltic state" forwarded a phone recording of someone in Trump's team setting up a payment with the Kremlin.

The CIA has obtained a warrant from the FISA court to intercept transactions from the Russian bank and it apparently also related to 3 of Trump's associates but not Trump himself at that time. It was granted 3 weeks before election day meaning this is a pretty new investigation considering the time line of other events..
